“Purchased Converse shoes online in October as gift for daughter. Incorrect colour received (different to what was advertised online and different to the "receipt/invoice" from Bash. Only noticed the incorrect colour when I was wrapping the shoes for Christmas. Contacted Bash, and after several emails I was told that we have to go to store that supplies the shoe because it's outside the 30 days (note*this is Bash's error, I wasn't given any assistance with figuring out what store to go to and shoes are in the same condition as received - both haven't even been taken out the box AND I have my slips, proof of order etc). Once we figured out where to go exchange the shoes via me searching online, we arrived at the store only to be told that they don't stock the colour I ordered, despite it being advertised on Bash's website.”
“Jus bought a Jean last week wensday at port Shepstone sportscene ... “Im super upset.
I was in the store to het my account card with my sms andnmy drivers licens as i was writing exams and forgot my ID with my books in the CAR literally in the car.
The guy i think his name is Awieolelo not sure if im spelling it right. He put in my details I showed him an ID copy of myself on my phone with my physical Dtivers licems next to my phome he got all my details on the computer. Just before he actually helps me, he now gonna find out if he can actually help me with out my physical ID
Now he was told not to help me. I had to literally walk 20 minutes to the car and back to get my ID.
Sportscene really now ! The other cashier who then helped me said that they were supposed to help me.
Im so disgusted with this customer service all of this happend today at canalwalk sportcene at 13.00pm

You kan use your Drivers Licens if your ID is not with you.
Because most of the time i dont even walk with my purse only my phone where my drivers license is at the back.....

“Did a purchase order online and received incorrect item. When returning it to the store, I was told that they can't take it back as their stock will not balance. This is a sportscene branch so I should be able to take a return to any store. I will not pay for an incorrect item supplied and store does not want accept my return. This is the Kuilsriver branch in the mall.”

I bought the phone at Sportscene Durban 393 West Street on the 1 May 2023 , and today is 03 May 2023 the phone doesn't pick up network and it's also have a poor battery quality that doesn't even last for 3 hours. I bought the handset because it a tablet and I want to use for work purpose however it's not working all day I don't have network, actually I am having a toy brand new phone. What is the purpose of buying a phone if I can't use it.
Today I took it to the store,I asked them for exchange or refund and refuse to exchange or give me a refund. The floor manager and store manager were very rude, not helping,the don't want to listen to my concern,no sympathy, no respect at all. I waited for a manager for more than Hour.
I am disgusted and I now wants my money back this phone give me problem within 3 days meaning it's won't even last a year

“Ordered sneakers from the Bash app for collection but the adidas size cut was too small so I had to exchange the sneaker for a bigger size at Sportscene. Went to Mall of the South, Southgate then Sandton and I received the best service ever. No hassles everyone was willing to assist. “Sportscene orange farm eyethu mall i bout a t-shirt when i washed t the next day as i was coming from a function the Redbat name was peeling off ,wen i went to complain in the store the manager didn't bother coming out of the office the staff talking all sort of nonsense,,the area manager contacted me i went back the manager was rude and one staff member laughing at me yoooo wat a poor service i ended up demanding for my money back”

“I bought a phone from Sportscene Alex mall June, after 2 months of using it, it starts giving me problems, so I decide to return it back so they can either replace it or fix it.
I’ve been going in and out of the shop trying to understand why I still don’t have my phone.
I gave them an alternative number to contact me but even till this day, I still don’t have my phone and they do not even bother contacting me.
I’m very disappointed at your service and lack of care. I have to travel all the way there just to check what’s the hold up!?
