I bought the phone at Sportscene Durban 393 West Street on the 1 May 2023 , and today is 03 May 2023 the phone doesn't pick up network and it's also have a poor battery quality that doesn't even last for 3 hours. I bought the handset because it a tablet and I want to use for work purpose however it's not working all day I don't have network, actually I am having a toy brand new phone. What is the purpose of buying a phone if I can't use it.
Today I took it to the store,I asked them for exchange or refund and refuse to exchange or give me a refund. The floor manager and store manager were very rude, not helping,the don't want to listen to my concern,no sympathy, no respect at all. I waited for a manager for more than Hour.
I am disgusted and I now wants my money back this phone give me problem within 3 days meaning it's won't even last a year

“Ordered sneakers from the Bash app for collection but the adidas size cut was too small so I had to exchange the sneaker for a bigger size at Sportscene. Went to Mall of the South, Southgate then Sandton and I received the best service ever. No hassles everyone was willing to assist. I’m really impressed by the customer service I received from the staff, from all three Sportscenes!!!”
