Opened an account to buy a phone. They said first I have to buy something small. So I bought some shoe cleaning stuff. R150!!!! Needless to say I never bought anything else and my account is now over R1000!!!! I called head office about 3 times but they are so ignorant!!! They said I have to pay off that amount before they stop my account. NEVER OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM.

Last week Monday I applied for an account and employee even promises me that I will receive feedback within 3 days about my Application but still I didn't receive it yet, how's the service from that store running sometimes...???
