“Sales person LEBOGANG at FESTIVAL mall SPORTSCENE opened a 12 MONTHS account for me instead of 6 MONTHS account. He went on to add wipes , sprays and other items and claimed that they are complimentary items for opening a TFG account. I bought items for R209 and R399 but I found myself with an outstanding balance of R1227.75 . I’m definitely not happy with the type of robbery service I got.
I am kindly asking to refund all the items I got and close the account, I’m expecting not to find myself with any outstanding balance at TFG stores since I’ll return everything back.
I’m looking forward to reopening a 6 months TFG account that I asked for when I got to SPORTSCENE FESTIVAL mall.

“Purchase an item at a durban branch and needed to exchange it so I sent my son to sportscene in pmb selgro centre. My son was helped by siya who firstly did not check that the item was purchased on account, and I would need to be there as account holder. Item was taken from my son as well as the original slip and my son left the store empty handed and disappointed.
My son had to attend a event and had no shoes to wear.
I asked siya for the area managers number which does not work and I left my details but Thabang the area manager has not contacted me as yet.

“Purchased Converse shoes online in October as gift for daughter. Incorrect colour received (different to what was advertised online and different to the "receipt/invoice" from Bash. Only noticed the incorrect colour when I was wrapping the shoes for Christmas. Contacted Bash, and after several emails I was told that we have to go to store that supplies the shoe because it's outside the 30 days (note*this is Bash's error, I wasn't given any assistance with figuring out what store to go to and shoes are in the same condition as received - both haven't even been taken out the box AND I have my slips, proof of order etc). Once we figured out where to go exchange the shoes via me searching online, we arrived at the store only to be told that they don't stock the colour I ordered, despite it being advertised on Bash's website.”

I was in the store to het my account card with my sms andnmy drivers licens as i was writing exams and forgot my ID with my books in the CAR literally in the car.
The guy i think his name is Awieolelo not sure if im spelling it right. He put in my details I showed him an ID copy of myself on my phone with my physical Dtivers licems next to my phome he got all my details on the computer. Just before he actually helps me, he now gonna find out if he can actually help me with out my physical ID
Now he was told not to help me. I had to literally walk 20 minutes to the car and back to get my ID.
Sportscene really now ! The other cashier who then helped me said that they were supposed to help me.

You kan use your Drivers Licens if your ID is not with you.
Because most of the time i dont even walk with my purse only my phone where my drivers license is at the back.....

“I bought a phone from Sportscene Alex mall June, after 2 months of using it, it starts giving me problems, so I decide to return it back so they can either replace it or fix it.
I’ve been going in and out of the shop trying to understand why I still don’t have my phone.
