“Purchased Converse shoes online in October as gift for daughter. Incorrect colour received (different to what was advertised online and different to the "receipt/invoice" from Bash. Only noticed the incorrect colour when I was wrapping the shoes for Christmas. Contacted Bash, and after several emails I was told that we have to go to store that supplies the shoe because it's outside the 30 days (note*this is Bash's error, I wasn't given any assistance with figuring out what store to go to and shoes are in the same condition as received - both haven't even been taken out the box AND I have my slips, proof of order etc). Once we figured out where to go exchange the shoes via me searching online, we arrived at the store only to be told that they don't stock the colour I ordered, despite it being advertised on Bash's website.”
“Jus bought a Jean last week wensday at port Shepstone sportscene ... When I get home fiiting the Jean turns out to be a small cut then than the usual,,,, so I was bezzy at work till today I went to change,,,, when I get there I asking them to change the Jean they wanted a slip ,when I takeout the slip only to find It a payment slip not a purchase but either way the Jean is on my account how come you can't change it ,,,,the coulored lady said no I can't help you like really it almost Xmas🤔🤔🤔 so what am I going to do with this Jean that I suppose to wear as in tomorrow a very partheric service they jus ruined my Xmas in advance”

After about 10 minutes no sales assistant even aproached us to assist...the many sales assistants there seemed more interested in dancincing and having a good time... what a scumhole.”
“Im super upset.
I was in the store to het my account card with my sms andnmy drivers licens as i was writing exams and forgot my ID with my books in the CAR literally in the car.
The guy i think his name is Awieolelo not sure if im spelling it right. He put in my details I showed him an ID copy of myself on my phone with my physical Dtivers licems next to my phome he got all my details on the computer. Just before he actually helps me, he now gonna find out if he can actually help me with out my physical ID
Now he was told not to help me. I had to literally walk 20 minutes to the car and back to get my ID.
Sportscene really now ! The other cashier who then helped me said that they were supposed to help me.
Im so disgusted with this customer service all of this happend today at canalwalk sportcene at 13.00pm

You kan use your Drivers Licens if your ID is not with you.
Because most of the time i dont even walk with my purse only my phone where my drivers license is at the back.....

This is a sportscene branch so I should be able to take a return to any store. I will not pay for an incorrect item supplied and store does not want accept my return. “I bought a phone from Sportscene Alex mall June, after 2 months of using it, it starts giving me problems, so I decide to return it back so they can either replace it or fix it.
I’ve been going in and out of the shop trying to understand why I still don’t have my phone.
I gave them an alternative number to contact me but even till this day, I still don’t have my phone and they do not even bother contacting me.
I’m very disappointed at your service and lack of care. I have to travel all the way there just to check what’s the hold up!?

“This online store is a total Rip off , I ordered a pair of Nike Air Force 1s on the 4th August 2022 ,Nd I've been waiting ever since for my order to be delivered but nothing , when I try to track my order , it tells me that my order was cancelled , I didn't receive a call , text or email to let me know that they were cancelled, the worse part is that they blocked my account , I don't know how cause I can't even check whether they refunded me or not .
Sportscene is the Worst Store when it comes to customer satisfaction and being reliable.”
“Purchased something online on the 15 July item was out of stock i was told I will be refunded it takes 1-10 working days after multiple emails and calls that nobody can assist with I am still on the 1 August left with no refund. Poor service and pathetic.”
“I ordered a pair of Airforce 1s from them online and was sent a faulty pair. When I asked from an exchange they informed me that they don’t do that and I’d have to make a plan myself. I went to the Vincent park branch and they were friendly enough. They kept promising to help me and week after week excuses kept coming up or the staff would forget. They found a pair for me and asked it to be sent and it was never sent or followed up. Another staff member has been helping me for 3 weeks now and I am yet to hear anything back. I have been dealing with them for over a month and keep getting pathetic excuses for the poor service delivery.”

“Sportscene sells fake Nikes, I ordered 2 pairs of Air Force ones online and they both came with major defects. The heel on the one shoe couldn’t even touch the ground and not to mention the stitching, it was terrible! They didn’t even look like real Nike Air Forces 😭 I’m really disappointed but I know never to but shoes from there again”
