Purchase an item at a durban branch and needed to exchange it so I sent my son to sportscene in pmb selgro centre. My son was helped by siya who firstly did not check that the item was purchased on account, and I would need to be there as account holder. Item was taken from my son as well as the original slip and my son left the store empty handed and disappointed. My son had to attend a event and had no shoes to wear. I asked siya for the area managers number which does not work and I left my details but Thabang the area manager has not contacted me as yet. Very very dissatisfied with selgro centre sports scene
