“I bought my son size 4 adidas sandal and was too small for him, I asked them to check for me where they have a size 5 and they managed to locate it and told me I have to pay R50 for movement or should I say delivery. They called to say the shoe has arrived but to my surprise when I got there they sold the shoes, what must happen now cos clearly the manager doesn’t know what to do? “Training needed at Hemingway's Sportscene specifically for two ladies who work there I don't want to give out their names whenever I go there! it's the same thing they got bad attitude and have no sense of Good service and unwillingness to assist. “Im not happy about the quality of my jeans and i got registered to tfg rewards without my consent. I bought a jean only to find that one leg didn't fit me properly, i took it back then exchanged. They gave me a jean with no tags, i was like fine when I look at it it shows it had been worn then i asked the attendee for a jean with actual tags she said something about stock take i was fine. But im just not happy with the jeans and how they make me feel. They look saggy around the back pockets and front.”
