I use to like this company, however my most recent experience was so bad they just disgust me now. I placed a proposition bet on a highly contested political event in my opinion they resulted my bet as a loss before the entire election process had concluded and before the investigations and legal actions have been exhausted. When I asked them if they could keep the bet open as it was still highly contested the representative didn’t seem to care about what I was saying at all. She just said in an aggressive condescending tone that I could read about their policy on this bet on their web site and that if things change on a certain key date (jan 6) they would consider honouring these bets but until then my bet is resulted as a loss. I especially didn’t like this because they were so quick to pay out a bet for the other political candidate early and made a point of bragging about their decision by posting it for like a day on a banner to see when you open their app. These things bothered me enough to make me want to officially register my dissatisfaction and opinion with a manager. So I requested a call back from a manager to discuss it. I was given a “ticket number” and they never called back I called back a day later and sighted the ticket number and was again told a manager would call the next day. I got no call! In my opinion they just don’t care! I basically stopped using them entirely and now favour a competing business for placing my bets.
