“SPORTSBET . . How can any punter gamble responsibly when you flood the TV & internet with over advertising stupid irrelevant ads . Owners of Sportsbet (and other gambling sites) Flutter Entertainment & CEO Peter Jackson just don't care about their customers and more importantly problem gamblers who get sucked into constant gambling & losing their livelihood . “I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with sportsbet which I feel compelled to share. It all started with an issue apparently stemming from their internal system error, but rather shockingly, the company chose to shift the blame onto me, the customer. Throughout the entire ordeal, it became painfully clear that all decision-making power lay solely with the company, rendering any evidence or explanation I provided utterly pointless. The most frustrating part was the company’s decision to permanently close my account, which felt like a blatant attempt to destroy evidence and avoid addressing the issue. The customer service was abysmal - comparable to dealing with an automated system that lacks any understanding or empathy. The process of resolving my issue was stagnant, with no visible effort from the customer service team. This experience has left me with no choice but to vow never to use sportsbet again. Their approach to customer service is not only unprofessional but also grossly unfair. I advise potential customers to think twice before engaging with this company, as it’s clear that they do not value their customers’ experiences or concerns.”

“Sportsbet devious scammers !!! Placed an AFL multi with this mob over several games. In the fisrst leg i had a number of outcomes one of which was declared void since he did not take the field. All the other selections were winners. However when i queried the payout they said all my other selections in the game where my player was declared void dont count even though they were winners and show as winners at games end. Their customer service filppantly said this was Industry standard. ARE YOU SERIOUS ? If there is any logic or fairness in this rule can someone please explain it to me. Again why do all the bets show as winners if they are void ???? Kind of gives the slogun a new meaning doent it - How Much Are You Prepared To Lose ?? Could not pull my money out quick enough. Sportsbet go and find some one else to scam.”

“These criminals don't honour the bets even if they pay you for a win. 2 hours later they will take the winnings back with some weak excuse. Or as customer service puts it. THE CREDITORS DIDN'T WANT TO PAY ON THAT EVENT. WTF your bookies you take the bet pay the bet. ABSOLUTE CRIMINALS worst site ever look around 40 better sites than these criminals”

“terrible customer service ask to be put through to a manager get put through to customer service as staff dumb. Chnage policy and ruleas with out informing customers. This company should be closed down only a matter of time before its dodgy practice closer it down permanently”

“Must b the worst betting company out there. They must b the worst place to work for to as they have no staff to awnser calls on live betting or customer service. Live betting 20 mins to wait on a Tuesday night😂. Tried putting a bet on a 25/1 and only excepts $81.Terrible.”

“Had a manikato cox plate multi on a 50$ bonus bet. Manikato abandoned moved to R11 cox plate day. Had Bella Nipotina in to Anamoe. Odds just over 10-1. The Manikato bet was void, only paid me out on Anamoe 65$ return. Tab sent messages to there customers stating bets would stand and be carried over. Oh no not Sportsbet. Canceled my account. Always taking from the punter. Don’t trust. Very disappointed.”

“Just watched Sportsbet again do insider trading through the Brownlow medal count, as a player wins that at 1.18 (from rnd 18) and his team lost 5 of their last 6 rounds, and a team win its last 5 of its 6 blew to $6 to $45 at this round, and his team won all but one. Insider trading trash”

“Recently placed a bet on UFC 279 and won $230.00 buy doubling my money. SportsBet's website says it takes 1-3 days to process the payout and by day 4 I followed up with them as no money was received. They then said they have already paid me, which was a lie, and they provided no evidence of any transactions. They don't pay out so be warned. Don't waste your time and money on this scam, fake and illegal business. When you ask for your money, they ask you to provide your bank statement to prove they haven't paid you, so now you have to run around for them to try and get your money back they owe you. I'm escalating this to the authorities as I have taken screenshots along the way, so other people don't get scammed and their CEO and management must be held accountable.”

“If you win you get banned, if you lose you receive an unprecedented amount of spam emails from this company saying you should continue to gamble (and lose money). They're ultimate goal is to turn you into a problem gambler through their destructive and pernicious advertising algorithms. If you are weak, and you continue to gamble you will ruin your life. “Company flood market with advertising around promotions and bet responsible and set a deposit limit but are happy for you to keep Loading your account until you have some collects then send email advising you are banned from all promotions Think they have forgotten they are bookmakers and that punters win sometimes but Sportsbet are happy to see you loose but take bat and ball home if you can beat them Recommend to stay away if you are planning to win”

“Complete Sham with cash out. Pausing cash out when they feel like it. If you have a cash out offer it should be available all game up until the 5 min cut of. Scamming customers. Getting rid of this rubbish app. Even sky channel cuts out just before every jump. Grr. Not good enough”
