As an older person ( 64 ) I'm rapt as I find the site so easy to use. Whenever I've needed assistance by phone or chat line help has always been fast and professional. I generally place my bets on Friday for Sydney Saturday races and if there's been a late scratching I don't get the return I was expecting. Although I've had the legislation pointed out to me I can't get my head around it. Apart from that I love the bonus system. Keep up the good work.
