Joined up just to bet on Mel Cup.. tried to withdraw some of my money a week later and they keep telling me it’s been refunded but I’m still waiting! Horrible customer service, even supervisor doesn’t help! Avoid this dodgy operation! It seems they commonly hold onto money!!
