Was with them for 8 years, for some reason they took away the odds power up option. I asked customer service that said they'd put in a request. No change. I went back & asked customer service why, they don't know. They had no power to investigate this issue so I took my money out & now gone elsewhere. There was even a time they had a special to get your money back in bonus bets, I had to fight them to get it. Disgraceful behaviour & useless customer service department. I asked to speak with a manager but was told the supervisor was the highest person i coukd speak to but they had no power to fix anything. Seriously disappointed.
