I like the sportsbet format & features but continue to be put off by the staggeringly bad customer service they provide which unfortunately reflects a pretty arrogant culture within their organization. I've had trouble even getting the correct amount credited to my account. Today I'm unable to even place a bet then spent half an hour waiting to get through on the phone. I suggest Sportsbet show a little more regard for their smaller punters as our money adds up.
