Can I give a zero for customer service and account verification? I'm new to all this but I've followed all the rules, I've abided every time they go Please click this link and verify the card. I've done it many times and many times the link wouldn't work. My card matches my name and bank, there shouldn't be any issue. Now they do not respond.
