Spree is a sweepstake casino that circumvents laws and regulations related to online gambling. As such they can do whatever they want with no regulatory safeguards. They could change percentages on payback at will or anything else they want to do and you just have to take their word they won’t.
Spree is also based in a foreign country so do you really know who owns this casino or where the money goes?
Now to my story, when I first joined I won and cashed out but after that my disease took hold and I never cashed out again spending thousands upon thousands of dollars mindlessly, even if I won I couldn’t cash out because of my disease. All the red flags were there for Spree and they ignored them all as they just wanted to profit.
Even when I contacted them and asked for a ban and advised them this money was not spent of sound mind they refused any refund as they would rather profit off addiction. I didn’t ask for all my deposits back only the past week where my disease caused me to spend rent, grocery, and Christmas money and they refused. A company that heartless knowing the deposits were it made of sound mind is capable of anything.
My advice is avoid this sites, if you are able to gamble for entertainment only go to a regulated casino and play.
If you have also been a victim of this site, please do like I am doing and post your experience and contact your state attorney generals office and file a complaint as this company is not registered to do business in the states and is avoiding paying taxes.

It just shows Spree don’t care! They could refund but chose not too even though these purchases were not made of sound mind and they know it. Just proves what I said! Profit over people!
Also this company told me they would work on my refund and after two plus weeks came back with the same heartless decision they had before. They know I am an addict and they know this money was not spent of sound mind and they further just screwed with me by delaying my ability to dispute the charges with false hopes of refund just because again they only care about profits and not people! You don’t hold people of not sound mind to terms and conditions meant for people that gamble for entertainment purposes. I hope all this karma comes back to them ten fold!”
