I ordered a rice cooker from SpreeTV with a promise of a delivery within 2 to 3 days. However, after a couple of days I received an email telling me that my product wouldn't be delivered on time due to an unexpected high demand. I accepted this, although I was disappointed that the company couldn't have been honest in the first instance; they did offer to refund my delivery charge however. I was impressed with their customer service following this gesture and was looking forward to receiving my little rice cooker. Unfortunately, I received another message today informing me that my order had been damaged and that it had been cancelled with a refund to follow. I definitely wouldn't use the company again and I would not recommend it. I don't like leaving negative reviews because I understand that mistakes are made occasionally. However, some companies fail to consider their customers, and this now happens far too often.
