Ordered a valve to repair a stuck-on zone, and a box to replace the existing box which was too small. The box was not available right away. I thought the valve would be sent first and the box later, but you held the valve until the box was available.
Good: both the valve and the box worked, and I was able to fix the zone.
Better: give the purchaser the option to have parts shipped as available. I was without any irrigation until the parts arrived.
