Hi Michael - thanks for your review! We try to fulfill our orders from the nearest warehouse that has all the parts, but in some cases we don't have one warehouse that carries everything. In those situations, we do end up splitting up orders between multiple warehouses.

“I ordered a replacement pump for my waterfall feature. The prices were very competitive and better than most all other places. When I reached out for updates on my order the team was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely buy from them again.”

“Sorry but it didn’t work for me. The smaller insert end won’t even fit in their own 1/2” pipe. I had to sand it down a little over a mm in order for it to fit in the broken pipe end.”
