“The selection on the website was very good. The prices were very good. The items were shipped quickly and arrived in good conditon. The only thing I would have liked better was if the two kinds of sprinkler heads that I ordered had been in separate bags with some identification. The two sprinkler heads I ordered look very similar, so knowing which one was which, while not impossible, was a small hassle.”

“I ordered a new rain sensor on line and the process was easy and efficient. I received a email confirmation and tracking and delivery information. I recieved the product in good condition. Unfortunately, I had to return it. That process was acceptable except for the restocking fee and additional postage. Reason for the return: I had already received the same product from another supplier. However, since I did not receive a confirmation or any tracking information from that company, I assumed that I had failed to complete the process and after a week I ordered the sensor again. I didn't remember where I had ordered the first time and the second time I ordered from Sprinkler Supply. NEXT TIME I will remember to order form Sprinkler Supply.”
