Only negative is that it took over two weeks to receive my product because it was not shipped out in a timely manner.

Hi Robert - thanks for your review. Apologies for any confusion - the tubing was backordered at the time the order was placed. Our website would have shown a 7-10 day delay and you should have received an email from us directly after the order was placed confirming that the part was on backorder. We shipped the part as soon as it arrived from Netafim.

The item I ordered should of fit our superior valve. It did not fit. I trimmed the rubber valve seat and i think it made it work for now.

$41 for a sprinkler rubber diaphragm is way too much. Better to replace the whole valve with new for $14 orbit from Home Depot.

Hi Thomas - thanks for your review. In most cases a repaired Irritrol HR-1 is going to last significantly longer than a $14.00 Orbit valve from a box store, but everything has it's relative value and we certainly recommend that customers spend their money on what makes sense to them.

My confirmation only showed partially packed item count. I had to call only to find out another warehouse will provide the balance of items. Your system should state such so partially filled orders let the buyer know such.

After installation (Requiring cutting adapting and gluing of valve to piping) of the new station control valve, leak problem still existed. On disassembly of the valve, found the diaphragm defective (Mis-manufactured and not seating properly). Ordered a replacement diaphragm and installed to correct leaking. Point is, would have to have cut the system again to try to go exchange the valve which was not really an option.

Hi Douglas - thanks for the review. I took a look in our system and it looks like you purchased that replacement diaphragm from us but not the original valve. Had the valve been purchased from us, we would have sent out the diaphragm at no charge. Defective items from the factory are something that every reseller has to deal with from time to time. The WAY that the reseller deals with this type of issue is where the extra value lies!

Sorry but it didn’t work for me. The smaller insert end won’t even fit in their own 1/2” pipe. I had to sand it down a little over a mm in order for it to fit in the broken pipe end.

Purchased some butter filters . They seemed to be out of stock and it took awhile to get to me. The path from distribution center to Mailbox was a tour of US . A bit hard to follow

The phone support was helpful but I am still waiting for 2 of the 3 items I ordered. 1 shows in a warehouse and 1 is back ordered. Not sure why you can’t mail what you have so I can work on my project.

Just the timing on getting the supplies take longer especially on the smaller businesses that can’t order in advance cause of money

Hi Scott - thanks for your review. In stock items ship in one business day and generally take about 1-4 days depending on which of our warehouses have the product and where you're located. It looks like you ordered backordered parts - the website would have said "Ships in 10+ days." We have to get those directly from the manufacturers, which typically takes about 7-10 working days but can take longer depending on the situation with the manufacturer for that specific part.

As soon as I ordered my Hunter rain sensor, then rec’d an email saying it was on backorder. It seems like you should inform customers of that before they pay. I did get it—- but seval weeks later.

When a customer orders merchandise, they should receive frequent (weekly at least) of the status of their order. If the item is backordered from the manufacturer, an indication of when the item will be available should be provided. Letting your customer know that they will receive a weekly update (say on Fridays) until the item ships would help to relieve unneeded concern especially when the item ordered is part of a larger project.

The store had the part I was looking for, sprinkler set screw. I ordered 10 even though I only needed one because shipping was the same either way. Shipping was stupid expensive. I would've ordered one set screw if shipping would been the cost of a stamp. Could've put the ten set screws in an envelope and put two stamps on it, that'd be enough. The cardboard box that delivered the set screws was far too large of a shipping method.

I still have not received an item that I have written customer service about, and I see that they have a sufficient supply of nozzles that I ordered. Other than that everything came within a reasonable time and was packaged with care.
