I have used Sprinkler Warehouse many times. Always good service and products. This time the products came in a box with no packing material to protect the valves. One was damages. I sent pictures and was told the item would be replaced...I appreciated that. My point is better care should be made in packaging.

I did forward over the pics to them and reviewed our policies regarding adding the proper amount of packing in our shipments. I orders 30 sprinkler Donuts....about twice the price is lowes and home,depot...but they were all out...of course, I had a few,broken....they we absolutely made of gypsum...plaster of Paris...which is used for indoor and decorative work....I sent detailed discussion to sprinkler supply store...but no answer.

Hi Marue - thanks for the review! I'll be reaching out privately to get this resolved for you ASAP. Please note that it looks like you may have actually reached out to Holland Hats based on the picture you attached and the fact that I couldn't locate any emails from you, only an after hours phone call with no voicemail. The donuts are a low grade concrete - gypsum is a part of the mix used to create concrete - and meant for outdoor use. We'll be happy to either replace or issue a refund for any broken items in the shipment.

We were inormed last Monday that it would be delivered on the 2nd. It took a week from that Monday to be delivered. The driver was clueless about the delivery. Not good.

Hi Patrick - thanks for your review. Our apologies for any confusion - it looks like we ended up needing to freight this valve box out due to the size and weight and there was a delay as the freight company hauled this across the country to deliver to you. These aren't our drivers, they're hired by the freight company we use and wouldn't have any information regarding the order other than the delivery address.

Hi Lounn - I had reached out to you earlier today in response to your email. One of the shipments in your order was lost by FedEx. I placed a replacement order in our system, which we'll get out for you here shortly. You should be seeing the order confirmation already, followed by tracking information as soon as the order has shipped.

Received only one of two valves I ordered within 3 days. Sent email, phoned after weekend, and 2nd was to be shipped but hasn't arrived after 8 days from original order. Disappointed.

Took considerably longer to ship and receive the light sensor than i would have thought. When the product did arrive there were no instructions on install and the unit and some broken parts. I would have thought there would have been a rubber seal when mounting to an outside electrical box but it was not included. I replaced the broken plastic washer with one i had on hand and used a hose gasket to provide a seal going into the electrical box. Not the quality one would have expected. The unit works so that's why i gave two stars instead of the one it deserves.

Missing merchandise in shipment. Disappointing first experience with your business. I ordered a landscape lighting kit that was supposed to include the low voltage wire and the weather proof wirenuts, but those two items did not get included in the shipment. When I contacted customer service I got no resolution. In order to complete the project on time, I had to go to Lowes and purchase the wire and wirenuts which cost me an extra $100.00 on top of what I paid to SSS that was supposed to include those items.

I ordered 4 netafim low flow zone controls and 4 netafim flush valves. After ordering I have been spammed with multiple emails and a "customized " thank you video.... unfortunately the customer service isnt as good as they state. One of the zone controls arrive damaged I've emailed info@sprinklersupplystore.com aswell as andy@sprinklersupplystore.com it has been days with 0 response, highly unlikely to reuse this company. Ps I didnt select how long it took for a reply because u havent freaking got one.

I ordered three sprinkler donuts and when I received my order 1 donut was broken. I contacted your business several times and I have not received any reply. Customer service is really bad.

Parts were missing from my order. Almost impossible to contact customer service by phone. Asked if replacement parts could be shipped faster since I was in the middle of a job. This request was ignored and will now have to wait almost a week to get the parts. There are plenty of other sprinkler parts stores on the internet and that is where I will be buying from in the future.

Well, the parts are great unfortunately follow-up is not what I expected. When I placed my orders on a Saturday evening over the web for a Hunter Solar Sync Wireless Sensor I had forgotten to order Toro sprinkler body check valves. I placed a second order, within less than 10 minutes. I realized that I was now on the hook for two shipping charges so I called and left a message with the order numbers asking for them to combine them and also sent an email. The only reply was an email telling me how much they appreciated my business. I received the two orders at the same time but was still disappointed in their follow-up. To my dismay, when I went to install the Hunter Solar Sync Wireless Sensor on the following Saturday I realized it was not the one I needed. I need the ET/Rain/Freeze sensor and I ordered the Rain/Freeze sensor, my error. I called again and left a message with all of the pertinent information, I'm on the west coast, asking if I could return the sensor I have to exchange for the right sensor but all I got back was a request to fill out a review. BTW, I also sent an email requesting the same information. They have a pretty good return policy but to avoid a 20% restocking fee I could get a credit. Before I commit to a credit I need to know if they have the right part to apply the credit to the replacement. I can't find the part on their website but if they can order it I would be inclined to return the wrong part and wait for the right part. If you know what you want and they have it I can recommend them to everyone. If you need customer support think twice.

I did a search of our email and phone system for your email address, phone number, order numbers, name, etc, including our spam folders, and couldn't come up with anything showing that you had tried to get in touch with us. I do see two orders for you on 5/14, but the initial order was for a replacement transmitter for a Rain Clik and not a Solar Sync. I'm wondering if you might have ordered the Solar Sync elsewhere and had gotten in contact with that company instead of us. Regardless, I'll be reaching out tomorrow during hours to make sure that we get your situation resolved, and I would also appreciate any screen captures you could provide showing your attempts to get in touch. I'd definitely like to investigate this situation to assure that we're not somehow missing contact from our customers, as customer service is definitely a top priority here and what you're reporting is definitely unacceptable. Hi John, thanks for getting in touch. Our apologies for the delay - you can chalk this one up to one of the supply chain issues that you keep hearing about on the news. There's been a global shortage of the silicone rubber that Dura uses to make their o-rings, and we ended up with longer than expected wait for those parts. There are still a small handful of Dura parts that we're still waiting to receive from them. We're hoping that Dura will be able to get caught up during the off season and we'll be able to avoid these delays moving forward. ~ Denny ~ Customer Service Manager

Hi Robert - thanks for your review - your order was shipped out in a timely manner, but the tracking is showing that it stopped moving on the 15th. As of yesterday (the 19th) there was a new hit on the tracking and it started moving again. It should be reaching you in the next couple of days. Simple order came spread out over at least a week on three different boxes. Just a small quantity of hose clamps 2” and under and a tool for them .

Hi Michael, thanks for your review. Apologies for any confusion - we do have seven different warehouse locations and orders do get split between more than one warehouse on occasion. In this case, we shipped the available items from two separate warehouses, followed by a backordered item shortly after. Please note that we do not charge extra shipping charges when we ship from multiple locations.
