Had the product I needed but took way too long to receive. That is a big letdown with me.

Hi John, thanks for your review. My apologies, it does look like the order was backordered and it was about 8 working days for it to arrive. This did fall within our 7-10 day estimation for turnaround time, but we understand that it can be hard waiting for parts when you really need them. Nine times now we have ordered the same product. About every three months or so. Every time you only have some in stock or none at all and they end up on back order wasting an additional 7-14 days or more of our time. Please update your website to verify inventory before Selling and charging us for products you don't have. Stock the products you are selling.

Thanks for getting in touch. I completely understand the frustrations of backorders and not being able to get parts right away. It's always been our goal to have the largest offering of parts available in the industry, including hard to find items that you may not be able to find elsewhere. Only selling what we can stock would make a large percentage of these "special order" parts completely unavailable to the customers who need them. Placed my order, received confirmation promptly, with click-box to check on order. I clicked away, and for about 4-5 days absolutely nothing happened. Emailed them on 5th or 6th day, they apologized and said they'd send it right away, which they did. I didn't spend the big bucks for expedited shipping, but come on - at least do what you can to pull the item and call the shipper promptly. Had a blown head spraying water 20' in the air till the order got here, so to me it was kind of important - wish it would have been to you too.

Hi Mark, thanks for your review. I'm looking at this order and completely agree that the order was sent out later than it should have. The actual turnaround time was only three days (ordered Sunday, should have shipped Monday but didn't go out until Wednesday), but late is late regardless. I'm following up with the warehouse to make sure that we're getting orders out on schedule or notifying the customer service team regarding delays when they come up. Absurd that you only imbursed me 80% for a return on a mistaken order. Of course,I had to also pay return postage AND my account had been used two previous years.

Great selection poor customer service, failed to notify at time of order that items were backordered. In fact I rec notice of backorder when I promptly an inquiry as to status of shippement after two weeks. Customer service 0 stars.

Placed an order for some LX lights and was not informed at checkout that everything wss backordered. First package came looked as though it had been on someones shelf for years. The second package was better shape but was useless without the other half of the fixture. Received the final package last week and decided that even though i saved a few dollars, i won't be buying from your store any time in the future.

We had several of the parts on your order in various warehouses and ordered the rest from the manufacturer. Twice I was told in emails that a backordered item would take 7-10 days. Twice I had to call Sprinkler Supply to get status. It took over 30 days for the items to be delivered. It appeared actual shipping was triggered by my second call. I requested the '10% discount on your next order' be applied to this $470 order due to delays and poor communication. I received silence. I don't get the impression 'customer service' is part of their company policy.

Hi Frank, thanks for getting in touch. We did have a lag at the end of the year due to our warehouses being closed for the holidays. We did try to notify everyone of the delay, but it sounds as though we need to do a better job of that next year. Your parts were shipped out the first day that the warehouse employees were back on 1/2. Looks like it was about 20 days from the day of order, which I agree is longer than we told you and not acceptable. The dimensions listed for the sprinkler valve box I ordered were ambiguous at best, misleading at worst, and I ended up with a box that is much smaller than I anticipated--too small for my project. Now I've got an expensive return shipping charge and only 80% refund. All told I'm out about $25 for a box that is of no use to me. In hindsight I should have just bought it local and that way would know exactly what I was buying rather than relying on a description.

I agree that it's a little confusing, as the box isn't perfectly square. The item I needed quickly was listed as in stock. I received an email the next day informing me it was back ordered. The item was not as pictured Upon further investigation, when the product I received was different than the one pictured, I discovered that the description on your website, as far as I can tell is inaccurate. On your website the LVCZNV10075-LF is listed for use on drip runs using .25 and 17.6 gpm. On netafim's website that model is listed as being appropriate for .25 and 4.4 Gpm. My drip system uses 5-7 gpm. I needed it in a pinch and the system works well so I did not peruse a return

I ordered six items and received only five. I then requested the sixth item and received a different type. Someone didn't review the order very carefully before filling it. Not the good service I received in the past.

A. I was being asked to review my shopping experience before the sprinkler part I ordered even arrived, which was almost a week later. B. The thread on the sprinkler part (condenser?) I received is different from the one I have, so the part I received is unusable.

I ordered quite a few parts from SprinklerSupply store. They took quite a long time to arrive since some of the items were back ordered. There is no way of knowing from their site which items are back ordered nor is there an email sent letting you know. So my items eventually start trickling in except that one last back ordered shipment. When it finally arrives I find that they put two of the wrong part in the box and it's missing 48 tees. However their website says that they shipped the tees. So I sent them an e-mail and get a fairly prompt response during their business hours that they will fix it. I waited a couple days but they never sent a new tracking number for this new package so I email them again and request it. About two days later I finally get a tracking number, but the package is only 1 lbs. They only sent the incorrect parts and I still don't have the 48 tees after placing an order about a month and half ago.

We do have "In Stock" or "7 to 10 days" availability listed on the website for each product, and we do send emails out directly after the order has been placed to notify the customer about any backorders. It's possible there was a glitch with the system if you weren't notified. The two sets of replacement parts were shipped out from two separate warehouses. When I first opened the web-page, there in bold type, was a notice that with the supplied code, I would receive free shipping on my order. I completed the ordering process but was never given the opportunity to enter the supplied code. Soooo.....I ended up paying $7.99 for shipping that was supposed to be free. Not Good.

Order place and recognized 4 days later. I had to check on disposition to find out. The order sent and delivered 5 days later. Lost customer. Girl taking and placing orders to be filled not alert. Usually very good service. Products good. Repair like snap-locks on T-leaks not in stock or handled.

1.My order had to be adjusted due to insufficient inventory. I have repeatedly asked for a revised invoice and have not received it. 2. I can't obtain a tracking number. 3. When I try to get this info off the website, it says that I have no recent orders.
