Placed my order, received confirmation promptly, with click-box to check on order. I clicked away, and for about 4-5 days absolutely nothing happened. Emailed them on 5th or 6th day, they apologized and said they'd send it right away, which they did.
I didn't spend the big bucks for expedited shipping, but come on - at least do what you can to pull the item and call the shipper promptly.
Had a blown head spraying water 20' in the air till the order got here, so to me it was kind of important - wish it would have been to you too.
