“They have a great selection and sent everything I ordered, which was 20 different kinds of items and multiple quantities of some. However, it took 13 days to receive the first part of the order, and three more days to receive the rest.”

“Order and delivery of valve Cover was good. Unfortunately cover was too small and return process is cumbersome as well as availability of larger cover does not seem to be available.”

“First time I've used this store. Decent web page. Easy to navigate to the product I needed. They filled the order and it was on the way the next day. I do have to mention that I only had one item on the order but the response was rapid. In other words, they actually had it IN stock. I definitely plan on using the sprinkler supply store in the future.”

Hi William - thanks for your review! I checked your order and the order was definitely placed for (2) MP800SR90, which have the orange tops. Your order would have been about $28.00 more if you'd ordered six of the other ones. Reach out if you need assistance with returning anything and ordering the correct parts.

Hi Michael - thanks for your review! We try to fulfill our orders from the nearest warehouse that has all the parts, but in some cases we don't have one warehouse that carries everything. In those situations, we do end up splitting up orders between multiple warehouses.

“Not sure of the description was correct. I watched the video and thought I was buying the right thing. Items did not fit my sprinkler heads. I have Hunter sprinklers and was looking to cap off a couple. Unfortunately, nothing fit my sprinklers??? Item arrived on time and packaged well.”

Hi Addy - looks like you ordered products to cap off a Hunter Pro Spray head. Those specifically work with the Pro Sprays and not with any other Hunter heads. Feel free to send pics of the heads you'd like to cap off and we'll be happy to advise on the best way to do that.
