“The selection on the website was very good. The prices were very good. The items were shipped quickly and arrived in good conditon. The only thing I would have liked better was if the two kinds of sprinkler heads that I ordered had been in separate bags with some identification. The two sprinkler heads I ordered look very similar, so knowing which one was which, while not impossible, was a small hassle.”

“The purchase part of buying the light bulbs was great but my landscaper said I can’t use the light bulbs included with the light. The landscaper Said I need a 1.2 watt 12 volt bulb but wasn’t givem Amy options during purchase. From there delivery was fast and efficient but Om stick with the wrong bulbs. Kent Miller”

“Product selection and prices are unbeatable. The parts I ordered were a fraction of the price of most popular online retailers. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because the shipping is slow. If I was in a hurry, then unfortunately Sprinkler Supply wouldn't have been an option for me.”

“I called with an urgent order and they were so pleasant and helpful. I even had them check their stock with the item number. Unfortunately when the order arrived it wasn't the right item number. We ended up keeping it but I was disappointed.”

“They have a great selection and sent everything I ordered, which was 20 different kinds of items and multiple quantities of some. However, it took 13 days to receive the first part of the order, and three more days to receive the rest.”

“First time I've used this store. Decent web page. Easy to navigate to the product I needed. They filled the order and it was on the way the next day. I do have to mention that I only had one item on the order but the response was rapid. In other words, they actually had it IN stock. I definitely plan on using the sprinkler supply store in the future.”

Hi William - thanks for your review! I checked your order and the order was definitely placed for (2) MP800SR90, which have the orange tops. Your order would have been about $28.00 more if you'd ordered six of the other ones. Reach out if you need assistance with returning anything and ordering the correct parts.

Hi Michael - thanks for your review! We try to fulfill our orders from the nearest warehouse that has all the parts, but in some cases we don't have one warehouse that carries everything. In those situations, we do end up splitting up orders between multiple warehouses.
