“While I am happy to find the sprinkler parts I wanted for my residential sprinkler system,. Unfortunately the parts did not fit in my current system. So I have sent it back to you as return. Generally, I find your prices are very high. I assume they are because of parts for older models.”

“All nozzles have arrived (that's good). 2 packages arrived a day apart, so I was concerned that there was a problem. The second package completed the order, so I'm happy.”

“I ordered 2 covers for our 30 year old sprinkler system outdoor control boxes. Unfortunately, neither one fit, so I had to send them back. The ease of using website, quick receipt of the items, return process was seamless. I received communication from the company through every step. The downside is the restocking and return shipping fees. These fees cost almost as much as the items I ordered.”

“Good communication with the company. Only downfall, I was a first time customer and it stated I would get a discount if I sign up. I did sign up, No discount. Wouldn't stop me from buying from sprinkler again.”

“It was great to find a place that had the parts that I needed that no one locally had. I was also impressed with the dialogue I was able to have to ask and respond to questions. The only thing I thought was a little out of character was the shipping The shipping was almost as much as the item which I did not appreciate. I received the part learned about the part and was able to adjust and continue using my old part. But due to the shipping situation I will just keep the new part in case I ever need it even though I don’t. Sprinkler supply store is a great resource!”

“Great job and delivery of my order but the Rainbird 5000 head keeps spitting nozzles after a few minutes of running. Perhaps I got a defective head.”

“All valves arrived in great condition and in a short amount of time. We will see how they hold up but good for now. The only thing is I started a chat to the site to ask a question and still have not heard back, no worries, I figured it out.”

“Overall I give them a four because my order was delayed. They had to change warehouses, so the order was delayed an extra three or four days to get here. No big deal, and Customer Service kept me informed and help the process along. And, I would’ve given number five, but with the delay, just couldn’t do that.”

“Hi, I recently ordered 10 Hunter 181500 - PGP Riser Seal - Replaces 253400. I went to use the Riser Seals this weekend, but unfortunately, I only received 10 Female Rubber Risers which requires 10 Male Rubber Rise completing the seal. My Order # was Order No. #191983. Is there someone who can help me with this. Other than that, my experience looking up and ordering the parts was seamless.”

“Overall Great experience, prompt and hassle free ordering process, was offered free delivery as a first-timer, I assume. above all the parts that I ordered were a perfect fit for my Hunter sprinkler system. I looked up the same parts on amazon - it's being sold for 3 times the price :)”

“Everything came exactly as I ordered and so far no issues! My only feedback is the packaging. I expected the sprinkler bodies to be wrapped or boxed with some kind of air bubble, but instead they all came together in a plastic shopping bag hand tied at the top.”

“had the part I needed and at a great price. Soon after the order was submitted they assigned a rep to my order who emailed me. My order was soon marked "back order" and rep was able to lmk it would be a few weeks. Finally the email came that item was in and shipped. If it weren't for backorder I would rate them 5 stars. Will by from again”

“I had previously obtained Hunter sprinkler nozzles from the local Home Depot or Lowes, but both seem to no longer stock them. I haven't been able to find any alternative nozzles that work for my sprinkler/lawn irrigation configuration, so I am really happy to have found Sprinkler Supply Store. In addition, the local stores had never stocked Hunter 6 inch pop-up sprinklers (only 4 inch), so being able to get them from Sprinkler Supply Store is a real bonus! It is now my go-to source for all sprinkler parts!”
