I was really happy with the store and proceses and shipping time...but the tool you sold me was worthless. Tried to get a head start on some sprinkler valve work and picked up the Toro tool, but not only does the kit come without the pvc required to make it a 'tool', the head of the tool has no way of staying in place. It needs a hose clamp *perhaps*..but should really be a metal head tool with a socket attachment on it. I have no idea why this tool even exists or is sold...I was like buying a pair of scissors and when you open the box, it's two metal bars that the end user needs to file down and make sharp so it can cut something.
