“The website has everything, the prices are amazing, the shipping speed was great, BUT…some changes need to be made in the packing department. Of the 3 packages I received, 2 of them were partially split opened with loose tape that lost its “stick” by the time they got to my doorstep - luckily nothing fell out - there were a few small things that were just loose floating around the boxes so it is a miracle they didn’t fall out in transit bc I shook the box out of curiosity and sure enough they flew out on my kitchen table :)”

I wish that the app and store had more available common product, some of the prices are higher than the competitors making one want to order from another site. Overall a very good supply.”

“I was really happy with the store and proceses and shipping time...but the tool you sold me was worthless. Tried to get a head start on some sprinkler valve work and picked up the Toro tool, but not only does the kit come without the pvc required to make it a 'tool', the head of the tool has no way of staying in place. It needs a hose clamp *perhaps*..but should really be a metal head tool with a socket attachment on it. I have no idea why this tool even exists or is sold...I was like buying a pair of scissors and when you open the box, it's two metal bars that the end user needs to file down and make sharp so it can cut something.”

“I have to rate the experience as a 4 and this is why. My purchase was for 5 LED light bulbs and it came in a bubble envelope. LED bulbs are very expensive and can be damaged easily. Luckily the bubble envelope didn't get smashed or stepped on during the shipping process.”

“I like the quick service. However, I want the products that I order. I ordered (order #204862-1) 20 of item 96157 "Rain Bird Full Circle 8 Stream Xeri-Bubbler 5 in. spike base with bard coupler" and still have not received this item. I received a substitute apparently with little marking and then quickly received a replacement (i.e. X66039, Model XS360TSPYK) upon my complaint. However, this is also not what I had ordered originally. It is close but it emits too much water for my application. I still want what I ordered originally.”

“Great variety of items, website a little clunky. Fine if you know what you want and have some experience with irrigation but it could be improved by short videos explaining some of the choices. For example: why choose a 25psi pressure regulator instead of a 45psi pressure regulator for 17mm netafim drip tubing? What length 17mm with 12 inch emitter spacing will a 35psi versus a 25 or 45 psi regulator supply?”
