I wanted to order an FX Luminaire light fixture. I googled the exact product code and I clicked a link to your website. The exact finish that I wanted was pictured. I placed the order not realizing that the last 2 letters in the product code were not BS (natural brass) but BZ (bronze metalic). When the fixture came, I was suprised it was the wrong finish. I blame the website for not having the correct fixture color pictured...how hard is that to do? So I needed to send the fixture back at my expense ($20) and was hit with a 20% restocking fee (another $25). At no time during this process did Sprinkler Supply admit and contribution to the problem. This $45 hit was about a third of the cost of the fixture. Very disappointed!

Hi Steven - we definitely recommend that our customers read the product descriptions, as the manufacturer's stock product pictures aren't always accurate depictions of the actual color. Both the description on the website and your order confirmation would have definitely indicated that you ordered the Bronze Metallic version as opposed to the brass version. We weren't carrying the Natural Brass version at the time the order was placed, but when you contacted us about the return we added the part and sent you the link so that you could take advantage of our 110% store credit option. That would have eliminated the restocking fee and given you an additional $13.31 to offset the cost of shipping the incorrect part back to us.

first purchase was positive. Customer service promptly returned my phone calls of inquiry and items ordered received quickly. Last two orders absolutely terrible repeated phone calls to customer service inquiring about status of order never returned. Neither order has been received now more than seven days after the initial order will not again purchase from this supplier.

Order a 1-1/2" 22 degee pvc elbow, got 45 degree. You were suppose to correct order but I've seen or heard anything.

I ordered items in images was no size diagram pcv swing dripping bought the items for $33 they deducted % on top I paid return the items USP $14.60 I lost almost $27. No more business with sprinkles supply.

Hi Simon - thanks for your review. Looks like you ordered some 3/4" to Swing tees. "Swing" refers to swing pipe, also called funny pipe, which is always 1/2". The size was all listed properly on the website, but I did go in and tweak the listing for a little better clarity. You ordered 18 but returned 17 - we didn't take a percentage in this case, you were credited back in full for the returned parts on your order.

The nozzles are sold separately as mentioned in the product description, as there are a number of different MP Rotators available. Please reach out with what sort of arc and distance you're looking for and I'll be happy to send you a link to the proper nozzle and a free shipping code for your order due to the confusion.

I ordered a new solenoid, Order No. #242218, for a Toro sprinker and received a used , broken part. I contacted Sprinkler Supply last Thursday and was told a new replacement was being shipped but I have still not received an email with any tracking info to confirm.

Took my money and ran. No product and no returned messages. I am fixing to have to turn them in to the authorities to get my money back. RUN FAR FROM THIS PLACE, TOTAL FRAUD.

Looks like we went back and forth on emails at the end of last week regarding the shipping status of your backorder order and promptly canceled on the 11th per your request and an automated email went out to notify you of the cancelation. The refund generally takes about 24-48 hours to show up your payment method. Let us know if you need the confirmation number for the credit to follow up with your credit card company.

From there it looks like it has been tossed around the USPS system for the past 8 days, but the tracking is showing it's out for delivery today. Ordered a part charge my card Over a week ago, no information on whether it's shipped. It's if we check on the website it says they will email us when it ships. I have called and emailed them several times to find out if the part is in stock or what the situation is. They're answering machine says they will call back within one day. I've been waiting seven for a call back. No call back. Have left several messages and several emails. Very dissatisfied

Hi Barbara - our apologies for any confusion. I checked in our CRM system and see one call at 11:09EST on Wednesday followed by an email at 11:20 the same day. I’m very disappointed in the item I received, I ordered a sprinkler but only received the shell without sprinkler head. I was expecting a complete sprinkler so that I could replace one that was broken. I believe I was taken advantage and feel cheated

Ordered 2" clamps, Received 2 1/2" clamps. I tried to get someone to correct the problem and got someone telling me they would close to 2". Good luck with that!

I never received my order. The USPS tracking number said that it had been delivered on July 20th, but it wasn't.

Hi Robert - thanks for the review. Just called and left you a message. A Mr Monsen contacted us and has your package. We verified the address with him, and he lives at the address that was provided as the shipping address on that order. So it sounds like we were given the incorrect shipping address. Regardless, I left his number in my voicemail and he's more than willing to work with you to get your package ASAP.
