I’m very disappointed in the item I received, I ordered a sprinkler but only received the shell without sprinkler head. I was expecting a complete sprinkler so that I could replace one that was broken. I believe I was taken advantage and feel cheated

Hi George - thanks for your review. It looks like you bought a single Weathermatic spray head - if you're missing the nozzle, that part is sold separately. Ordered and recieved confirmation on 7-21-2023. Tracked package on USPS tracking, it appears my order has not left your facility. Why?

Hi Steven - thanks for your review. USPS picks up every day at that warehouse location, so it appears that they probably misplaced the shipment after receiving it. I've put together a replacement order for you - we'll ship it out ASAP. Our apologies for any confusion!

Ordered 2" clamps, Received 2 1/2" clamps. I tried to get someone to correct the problem and got someone telling me they would close to 2". Good luck with that!

I never received my order. The USPS tracking number said that it had been delivered on July 20th, but it wasn't.

Hi Robert - thanks for the review. Just called and left you a message. A Mr Monsen contacted us and has your package. We verified the address with him, and he lives at the address that was provided as the shipping address on that order. So it sounds like we were given the incorrect shipping address. Regardless, I left his number in my voicemail and he's more than willing to work with you to get your package ASAP.

ordered a part and the part was not what was ordered. called to complain so they said the correct part would be reordered--they sent the same incorrect part again!

Two attempts so far at getting the part that was ordered. First attempt delivered the wrong items and they were very good at sending a prepaid shipping label to get their parts back. Second attempt had the parts send to NJ (we live in Florida!). Still don't have the parts we ordered.

Ordered item. Found out three days later that it was back ordered. When it finally showed up, the part wasn’t in the envelope. the envelope wore open in transit and it fell out. Can’t get ahold of anyone on the weekends to get a new part ordered

The product was advertised as being available, but took weeks to arrive. If you need your part within the month you should shop elsewhere!

For me, one star is not even appropriate. I received the wrong item from what I ordered, provided the requested picture (twice) to show what I received 6 days ago and still have not received a reply as to what is being done. Additionally, another item was shorted 2 units -- this one seems that it will be rectified. Sprinkler Supply's shipping is not in sink with reality. Overall, a very frustration experience.

When you send the same wrong order three times in a row you are not the kind of business I want to deal with, I just want my money back and be done with it.

Took you long enough. There was no back order status. I thought you had just dropped the item from my order. I went on Amazon and bought replacements after waiting six weeks with no word.

I just resent over the email authorizing the return with all of the information necessary to get your valve box back to us. Purchased some netafim tech line from Sprinkler Supply Store a few years ago. The product started failing several months ago. It has a five year warranty against failures. I contacted Netafim and they noted I needed to work with the store I purhased from. I reached out to Sprinkler Supply Store and Denny got in touch with my. He asked for photos of the failure and I provided them to him. He agreed to issue a store credit for my order. After I agreed, he ghosted me. I have emailed him 12 times since and set up three customer service calls and he has never called me. Pretty frustrating to be ghosted like this. Definitely would not recommend doing business with Sprinkler Supply Store--they do not stand behind the products they sell and have very shady customer experience.

prepare for our call.: I placed order a on July 22th order #194497-1 for the following item hunter blue in color HE050B25 0.5 GPH. I waited for item arrived instead u send me Emitter brown in color and the numbers on the brown Emitter are 2/8L I don't think this is the correct item I'm looking for 0.5 Emitters item listed below. It's up setting that a smiple order of Emitters get screwed up like this. Still wait on a call or my parts that I ordered

Accidently ordered sprinklers with wrong shipping address. Sent two emails within minutes of the order and also called several times when store opened on following Monday informing them that I needed to change shipping address. They went ahead and shipped product without answering emails or phone messages. Had to spend additional money with Fed Ex to get shipment address corrected.
