The sprinkler does not work at all. It only released water like a hose pipe. If l can get a help with it will be cool

Thanks for getting in touch. That sprinkler head that you purchased requires both a nozzle and an arc disk in order to work.  You'll note on your invoice that it says "No Nozzle, No Arc Discs."  The arc disc determines the arc that the head sprays and the nozzle controls the amount of water that comes out of the head.  Without those two pieces, the water will just shoot out like a fountain. If you don't already have these Toro 300 series heads installed in your system, we don't generally recommend using them as there are much better options available now.  The Toro T5 head would be a much better option. Yesterday I ordered $272 of Dura Parts, however because you handle so few Dura parts you only 3 pieces at roughly $30. I don't play favorites and you don't offer much.

Have not received order. Only a sent email got a partial order, which when originally ordered was indicated out of stock. Have paid for product and received nothing with a customer still waiting.

Apologies for any confusion, but we split your order up between two warehouses, as one of our locations received a shipment of the backordered part and was able to ship it out right away. The second portion of the order has also shipped and is scheduled to arrive to you tomorrow. We'll follow up privately to make sure that you get that tracking.

The item I purchased from the store was the wrong version. I ordered the X-Core (outdoor model) and was sent the (indoor model) which is not waterproof. I will be sending the item back with hopefully no issues.

Hi Kenlyn - thanks for your review. Apologies for any confusion, but your order is showing that you ordered part XC200I, which is the indoor model, so it looks like you received what you had ordered. The two station version only comes in an indoor model, which might have been the cause of the confusion. The smallest number of stations available for the outdoor version of the X-Core is 4, so you'll want to order the XC-400 to get what you need. https://sprinklersupplystore.com/products/4-station-outdoor-cabinet-controller

Customer service is terrible. I called 5 times and sent 4 emails and never did get a reply back. Phone message says they will contact within 24 hours. It never happened.

Bleaker valves were broken on one the replacement valve. Your guys are still packing the to loose.

Was sent the wrong parts and it took a solid week for Sprinkler Supply Store to correct their mistake. It's odd that they sent all shipments, including the return of the wrong parts, via FedEx, but when it came to them correcting their mistake and trying to earn back some credibility, they sent the replacement parts via slow boat USPS. They were quick to acknowledge their mistake, but they failed to ship out replacements the same day. In summary, Sprinker Supply Store made an error, acknowledged it, but acted halfway helpless in trying to make it right. Couldn't ship out the replacements quickly and couldn't ship via FedEx. Poor!

Hi, thanks for the review. Our apologies that we weren't able to get this resolved for you in a more reasonable amount of time. Our shipping policy is to ship orders under 16oz via USPS. It did take a day for the replacement order to go out, and we perhaps naively trusted USPS to be able to deliver the package the 240 miles it needed to go to receive the package in their normal 1 day turnaround. We agree that 4 days shipping time is ridiculous.

Unacceptable experience. I placed a very simple order of a single item, which should take no longer than few minutes to grab and throw in a box. The subtotal was less than $20 (which is a reasonable price), but I was then charged $12 to ship a small package that would have been $5 or less to ship myself. As I needed the parts quickly, I paid the premium only for my order to sit around for a few days before finally being shipped!

Yes, this is accurate, as this customer placed his first order with the billing and shipping addresses in the proper fields. They were switched around when he placed the second order. As we attempt to ship out orders as quickly as we can, the order was shipped before the customer contacted us to notify us of the error. We're not able to redirect a USPS order once it has gone out, but we've been attempting to work with the customer to see what we can do to resolve this order that was shipped to the address provided.

I ordered and paid for product over a month ago! It has not arrived. I have written twice trying to get item I need and order but never received. I am not happy with service to say the least.

Hi Elizabeth, apologies for any confusion, but it looks like we responded to both of your emails. You may want to check your spam folder to see if they're going there, as you also should have received an email verifying that the parts were backordered. They arrived on Friday and were shipped back out promptly and are expected to arrive this coming Thursday.

Hi John, apologies for the delay. All of the shipping companies have been occasionally experiencing delays since early in the holiday season. We've been shipping out orders as quickly as possible to offset the potential delays that some of our customers are experiencing, but we have little control once it leaves our loading dock. It looks like the shipment has reached your town, so you shouldn't have much longer to wait.

I sent an email to customer service stating I needed to return this unit because it is not what I wanted; I have yet to hear back. So for that reason you get a poor rating.

I purchased an item it was the wrong size I was told I could return it minus a restocking fee of 20% and I could not get a return label which meant I would also be responsible for the cost of shipping to return the item. The item I purchased was only 20$ but with a shipping fee of 17.95$ and the restocking fee it's really not worth it to send back.

very poor customer service -- no communication --- the powers that be handling their online ordering---- will just cancel your order several days after you placed the order (paid ) **** no email -- no phone call-----nothing.

Hi, I have been trying to get a special Netafim Part since June. When I emailed Denny he was nice, but gave me the wrong part number. I spoke to someone in technical support at Netafim. The part I need is: 25AP21121-120 Red rings 1- 1 1/2 in LONG filter No replies to emails or phone calls since June. I would order from another company but need to use the return credit. When you order the wrong part they charge you a 25% restocking fee unless you accept a credit. Would love to get this resolved ASAP.

Bad deal, I received the wrong items, emailed my problem and as yet have received no response. Looks like shipping error as my shipment had my order with correct items on paper included in box. When am I going to get a response?
