Order product on a Sunday and called them first thing Monday morning told the representative I needed product by no later than Thursday he assured me I would have it Product did not arrive until the following Monday product did not arrive until the following Monday As a result I was forced to go to my local Home Depot and purchase the material I needed at an additional cost and then the sprinkler store wants to charge me 20% restocking charge on top of the fact that I have to pay $26 to ship the product back door this is not customer service I would strongly advise against using this company

Hi Mike, my sincere apologies, I took a look at your order and can see that it was packed and ready for shipment on Monday the 19th as promised but didn't get picked up by UPS until the next day. I was disappoint in the refund. I know it’s your policy, but I don’t usually have to return items from suppliers & was shocked with the bottom line of the refund. I just need to shop with vendors that have better return policies.

Hi Sue, I appreciate your honest feedback. We do charge a 20% restock fee, but we try to offset that by also offering 110% store credit for customers who are willing to spend their money back on our website. Since most sprinkler systems are going to require some sort of replacement parts every year or so, we feel that it's a good deal for most of our customers. Denny ~ Customer Service Manager

The wrong parts were shipped to me. The company wants to charge me a 20% restocking charge for their mistake. So in addition to sending the wrong parts, they want me to pay extra. What kind of service is this??

Hi Robert, my apologies for any confusion and the incorrect parts on your order. We'll actually be following up with a prepaid label to cover the cost of the return of the RVAN nozzles. We can either credit your order back in full or send out the proper heads. Please get back in touch and let us know which one you would prefer.

Company sent wrong part!! Sent rainbird instead of a Toro part. Reported problem on their website but they never responded, Buy else where!!!

ordered a 1 inch inlet pop-;up sprinkler, received a 1.5 inch inlet. Not good

Hi Caleb, thanks for your review. I called and left you a message this morning so that we can take a look and get this taken care of for you. The inlets tend to flange out on these heads and they can be hard to measure. There are only a small number of really large industrial sprinkler heads with a 1 1/2" inlet, so I'm thinking we might need to verify the measurements of your existing head and the one you got as a replacement. To begin the pictures falsely advertises product. Secondly the customer service follow up is absolutely horrible. Good luck trying to get ahold of an actual person to discuss the issue you can wait for a terenty it will not happen. You'll get an automated system and you have the ability to leave voicemail but you will not get a return call only a general email which gets you nowhere. Get ready when you send product back to not only pay your shipping but also a 20 percent restocking fee. I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere.

Hi, thanks for your review. I apologize for any confusion, I'm showing that the photo is correct, but it's a replacement front panel for a controller and can see how it was confused with a full controller. We've reviewed the listing - the term "station module" that the manufacturer uses is no doubt confusing, and we're changing the description on all of those replacement parts to "front panel replacement" to make it a more accurate description. I appreciate you pointing this out to me, and will make sure that you receive 100% credit back on your return. I'm not able to credit above and beyond on your payment method, but will also be issuing you $20.00 in store credit to offset the return shipping. I apologize if you weren't able to get through to us as quickly as you were hoping, I did a search of our system and did find one phone message that was followed up with an email from you 10 minutes later. Since you were looking for information on returning the item, I had sent you the link to our online return request form and thought you had been taken care of and didn't respond to the call as well. I do recommend that customers leave a message right away if they aren't able to reach us, we do occasionally experience heavy call traffic but do strive to respond to all messages ASAP. Hi Stephen, thanks for your review. Everything that we sell is new from the manufacturer, but please send photos over to info@sprinklersupplystore.com and I'd be happy to take a look. You ordered an outdoor controller that is meant to be hard wired, so it wouldn't have come with an electrical cord. Worst sprinklers i have ever had. Dead spots in the grass everywhere. I have always thought Hunter had superior products these heads are junk.

I ordered before going on vacation. I'm back, and can't find my order. I attempt to use your website and the links for "Order History" and "Order Status" are not working. I have my order number, but there is no place in which you can input such data to check on the status of an order.

In this day and age, to not return 100% of a customer's money when they return an item, at their own expense, is ridiculous. I did not expect to be reimbursed for the original shipping charge, but I did expect to receive back the full cost of what I returned to you. A 20% "restocking fee" is ridiculous. I see why you are not a member of the BBB.

It took well over a month to receive my order, with little to no communication from the company. The only time I received any information was after asking where my product was. Very disappointing and looking to find a new supplier with a faster turn around time and more communication.

It took well over 6 weeks to receive the parts I ordered, however I was immediately charged for the order. Customer service only responds when they have good news to tell you, otherwise they "accidentally" forget to reply to any inquiries about a shipping date. Very disappointing service all around.

Hi Joseph, thank you for your review. I'm looking into your orders and can see that we had one earlier this year where we had 10 diaphragms that took an extremely long time to arrive. We did ship everything that was available right away. I have to accept responsibility for the missed communication on getting back to you regarding the longer wait on those, I can see that I put in the request to the manufacturer for an update and neglected to pass that information on to you once I had news on the arrival date. The item I ordered just did not work out for our pond. No fault of yours. It just would not fit properly. I went through the return system, took the package to UPS, and was shocked. They quoted me about $70.00 to return the cover. Thy said it was due to the size and distance. Will, with the restocking fee you folks charge (should have gone through Amazon), and shipping charges, I decided I would keep the cover and maybe someday find a use for it. That's the complaint.

1) Within hour of placing order received email from irrigationdirect.com. Suspect given by Sprinkler Supply. 2) Told to ship for receipt on or before a date, or delay shipment until several days later. Ignored. (Received when unable to to remove from porch.) 3) Packaging about as bad as ever seen (but items not damaged).

It does look as though the package was shipped out to reach you on the 16th as requested, but it was an extra day's delivery by the shipper. I'd appreciate it if you would be willing to follow up with me on the condition of the packaging; I'd like to determine if it was on the part of our warehouse or damaged in shipping.
