The item I ordered just did not work out for our pond. No fault of yours. It just would not fit properly. I went through the return system, took the package to UPS, and was shocked. They quoted me about $70.00 to return the cover. Thy said it was due to the size and distance. Will, with the restocking fee you folks charge (should have gone through Amazon), and shipping charges, I decided I would keep the cover and maybe someday find a use for it. That's the complaint.

1) Within hour of placing order received email from irrigationdirect.com. Suspect given by Sprinkler Supply. 2) Told to ship for receipt on or before a date, or delay shipment until several days later. Ignored. (Received when unable to to remove from porch.) 3) Packaging about as bad as ever seen (but items not damaged).

Hi Wade, thanks for your review. So sorry for any confusion on this order. We don't have any connection to irrigationdirect.com, so any emails you received were just timely coincidences. It does look as though the package was shipped out to reach you on the 16th as requested, but it was an extra day's delivery by the shipper. I'd appreciate it if you would be willing to follow up with me on the condition of the packaging; I'd like to determine if it was on the part of our warehouse or damaged in shipping. Hi Dennys, thanks for getting in touch. My apologies for any confusion, I traced back the communication and can see that we had a wrong photo on the description. Shipping is prolonged. I can order parts on a Friday morning and they won't ship out till the following Wednesday. My first shipment almost took a full month than they sent the wrong parts anyways. So it took another week to get the right parts. I was suppose to get a 20 % discount on my next orders which once again I order on a Friday and was in touch with someone over email about my order. But I did not receive my discount from there first screw up that cost me two jobs since I didn't get the parts in. I think after this experience I will not do anymore business with this company again. Just hope this order has the right parts since my job is on sat and I order the parts last week and I finally got a tracking order yesterday.

Hi Nicholas, thanks for your review. My sincere apologies, I've been investigating what happened on this one and it's obvious that everything that could have gone wrong did. We had a long backorder, misdelivered package, and an incorrect replacement order. There is no excuse and I won't offer one. I ordered multiple products and some of the order was back ordered. Because I used a paid mailbox for the delivery of these items. I was hoping the company would try and make the situation right by mailing the remaining items to my house. They would not. Poor service. I will not use them again,

Hi James, we were actually discussing a resolution when this review came through. It's my understanding that the representative that you spoke to explained that she would have to get authorization before being able to ship the remainder of your order to your home in Canada when the order was originally slated to ship to a location in the United States. My first ordered was a solenoid valve on Order #100551 Dated 6/21/2016 returned valve on7/18/2016 on RMA# 3808, solenoid would not function. Ordered a 1" Electric valve on Order # 102865 dated 7/7/2016 switched solenoid to in ground valve it functioned fine . the first valve was defective. called 8/31/2016 , you were unable to locate returned solenoid the women I spoke to said, she would look into it and get back to me , about my refund as of to day 11/07/2016 I have not heard one thing. POOR COMUNICATIONS

When ordered over half my orders went MIA. Called they found them. Still waiting for them to be shipped over a week later. Not happy, probably the last time I ever use this site.

The other two orders had backordered items, but the available items on the orders were also shipped within 24 hours and emails were sent to notify you of the backordered items. Nothing was MIA or needed to be found, we are waiting for your backordered items to arrive. Very disappointed it took two weeks from order to delivery with an after the fact excuse of a back order. The day after I made the order I got an email asking if I wanted to keep a sprinkler key in my order because it was "back ordered". The leverage was that if I wanted to keep the key ($0.35 value) in the order, I would have to hold the entire order (which included the main parts I really needed) until the key came in. Otherwise, I needed to cancel ordering the key. I responded immediately that I did not appreciate being held hostage by a small item and to go ahead with the order because I needed it as soon as possible. A week later, I received the key and one other part?!? The main valve I REALLY needed is supposed to arrive today (two full weeks after the order). I called to ask why the delay and was told that it "might" be because the valve was back ordered. The representative said he was not sure but would look into it if I wanted. I said I did want an explanation. I have yet to receive such explanation. In conclusion, if you really need something in a timely manner, this company can not be trusted to deliver.

Hi Don, thanks for your review and I apologize if we weren't able to meet your needs on this order. Your order was placed the 4th, we discovered that we could ship the adjustment tool and the solenoid out from one of our other warehouses and did so on the 5th and was delivered to you on the 8th. The remaining valves shipped out on Tuesday the 9th - when I check the tracking it seems as though there was a delay with USPS on the second shipment as it is just on the truck for delivery today the 17th. It should have arrived the 12th, based on the turnaround time of the first shipment. I am following up with our warehouse to try to determine what the cause of the delay was on the second shipment, but at least part of this had to to with the long turnaround time with the postal service. Existing Hunter PGP sprinklers worked marginally well but riser seals leaked. Ordered Hunter spring seat 12504-06 and riser seal 253400. Was told part 181500 replaced 253400. Replaced 11 seals of the 18 sprinkler head circuit. Now all new replaced seals leak so bad that the sprinkler heads won't even pop up. Now I have to replace the 11 riser seals again. Don't know where I'll find parts that work though

Hi John, Thanks for your review. My apologies that the parts that you ordered didn't resolve your problems with your heads. I can see that you called earlier today as well, and we have a ticket for one of our techs to contact you and help get things straightened out. It is correct that the 181500 seals would be the replacement for the 253400, Hunter stopped sending out the kits with the plastic part a couple of years ago and now only send out the rubber seals. Very very disappointed. Told you what I originally had and was told it was obsolete. Was told what I needed. I placed the order on the assumption I would get the right parts. The module was the wrong after a few phone calls and emails later I was issued a return number. I paid the return shipping on a part you sent wrong to begin with. Only got credit for wrong part !!!!!!!!! Never again. Jeff Armstrong
