1) Within hour of placing order received email from irrigationdirect.com.
Suspect given by Sprinkler Supply.
2) Told to ship for receipt on or before a date, or delay shipment until several days later. Ignored. (Received when unable to to remove from porch.)
3) Packaging about as bad as ever seen (but items not damaged).
