To begin the pictures falsely advertises product. Secondly the customer service follow up is absolutely horrible. Good luck trying to get ahold of an actual person to discuss the issue you can wait for a terenty it will not happen. You'll get an automated system and you have the ability to leave voicemail but you will not get a return call only a general email which gets you nowhere. Get ready when you send product back to not only pay your shipping but also a 20 percent restocking fee. I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere.
