“I'm a residential guy goes through sprinkler heads every year. The phone your price is to be in the ballpark of everybody else but I think it was pretty convenient and I appreciate the upbeat Temple.”

“Had most of the stuff I wanted. Shipping was what got me to go with Sprinkler Supply, some wanted as much as $149 purchase to get free shipping, way too much for me.”

“Overall it's great! I can find the sprinkler supplies I need here, that can't be found anywhere else, for reasonable prices. My only complaint is the flat rate shipping fee I pay. I live within an hour of a distribution center and there isn't a local pickup option that I can tell, and I still pay a high shipping price tag.”

“Very diappointing about this order. I received the wrong items on May 25 and I then quickly sent an email with picture asking for help on May 26. Despite of a long Memorial weekend to May 27, I understand it likely be a couple of days delay. However, I have not received anything or heard anything about shipping the correct items to me by June 2-- this is an entire week. I was desperate for the correct items, and conctacted the customer service again on May 30th. No response... never experience something like this at other place. After I wrote this review, I contacted customer service requesting refund. They refunded me immediately. And to my surprise, I received the correct items the next day! Collectively, I believe Sprinkler Supply Store is a really good and reliable supplier. However, the dealing with my situation could be better by more effective communication and updating.”

“Shopping, shipping, and overall experience was great. Product was fairly priced and arrived accurately and promptly. I do have one critique, most people just want to buy parts and sprinklers and not get a dozen emails afterwards. While I appreciated the friendly tone, sometimes the best shopping experience is just buy>receive>done.”
