“You don't get the parts that is presented on the website I was shorted some blades and holders that goes with the hand cutters.”

“Ordered a Rain Bird VBJMB - Jumbo Body & Green Lid. Arrived completely broken at side gates on both sides and one side flap. As was going under ground and I had to cut out my own slots, I glued and used metal duct tape which seemed to hold. Price was great so only reason getting 2 stars.”

“Order delivery was very slow and inaccurate. Everything was labeled as in stock, but received noticed that some parts were back ordered once oder was placed. Still waiting for items...”

Thanks for your order and for your review, and we apologize if we weren't able to hit a home run on your order. It looks like the majority of the order was shipped from two of our east coast warehouses, and the turnaround time once those orders arrived in the hands of FedEx were definitely longer than we usually see for a delivery in Washington. Our automated system should have kicked out an email just to verify that there were backordered parts on the order, our apologies if that didn't reach you. We'll follow up on the remaining parts on the order and let you know the expected arrival date as soon as we have word.

“I'd like to give them a higher rating, however I still haven't received the photocell that was ordered over a week ago, and there aren't any updates on the part either. When I checked the shipper, it indicated that the part was still at the warehouse. Not anyone I would purchase from in the future.”

“Ordered 3 small plastic sprinkler connectors less than $2 a piece and was charged $17 shipping, they sent by first class mail that couldn’t of been more than $5.”

“Ordered ten hard to find discontinued arc disk seals that were less than one dollar each. My only shipping choice at check out was to pay $11.99 for FEDEX ground. Order was shipped USPS in a small envelope for a much lower cost (no credit) and took five days to arrive. My biggest complaint is the order processing time of 8 business days. Order was placed on 9/21/2020, order shipped on 10/1 and received on 10/5. At least I got them OK and was finally able to complete the repair.”

“Shipping took forever and they blamed it on COVID which I kinda get but Amazon still ships in 2 days so I think these guys can ship faster than 1 week +. When I got the sprinkler heads, they were all mixed together so I was hard to tell which ones were which. They charged a lot more for shipping than it actually cost them so they kinda ripped me off there. The individual prices for the sprinkler heads were great, it's just shipping tips the scale into not that great of a price terrirtory. The customer service was nice and friendly when I contacted them but the service itself was very lacking. I mean USPS offers 2-3 day shipping so there's really no company out there that should take longer than that to get you your items. If you want to compete with the big dogs (Amazon, Walmart) then you need to be as good or better. If I can find these heads somewhere else, I will, I wasn't very impressed with the price and what I got for it ):”

“1/2" funny pipe fittings do not fit 1/2" funny pipe. I had to buy home depot 5/8" funny pipe to use the fittings they said would work. I had to research it online that the brand of fitting although sold as 1/2" requires a larger diameter pipe right on the fitting specification. Online they just typed that it should work or to wet or heat the pipe. They should know better. no offer to take parts back or fix the problem.”

“Thank you for my parts. When I ordered the product it did not show they were out of stock, but you charged my card regardless. I didn't receive my parts for two months and the only communication I got was when I initiated the conversation. Customers cards should not be processed unless parts are in stock and able to be shipped right away.”

“Fast shipment, but didn't receive rest of order yet. Not sure where my Hunter I-40's are or if they'll even be shipped. Looks like the order was shipped incomplete and I'll never get my I-40's. If I get my I-40's without much on my end then this is acceptable. If not then this is unacceptable.”

“I waited a considerable amount of time for my order. When it finally arrived there were parts missing. I now have to go to a local store to RE-BUY parts as I don't have another 2 weeks for this order to be done correctly.”

“Got half my order in a couple days...after a week or two had to call about the other half. I talked to someone and it shipped the next day. Clearly not on top of things if you have to ask for the other half of your order.”

Hi, thanks for your review. I took a look at your order, and that second half of the order was on backorder. The expected turnaround time on backordered items is 7-10 working days (which works out to about 2 weeks), so you happened to call just as the part was arriving. It's pretty common that we check on a backordered part and discover that it has arrived that day or will be showing up the next. I'm sure it often looks like we simply forgot and suddenly shipped the order, but please rest assured that we get everything out as quickly as we can once it has arrived.
