I ordered some Hunter Valve parts o n Monday Feb 10 with a date of Feb 13 for delivery. As Feb 13 came and went with approx delivery times an Feb 14 came and went with delivery times it is now a bit frustrating letting the customer know when I would be repairing his valve. I know you have little control over USPS but another service might help the anxiety. Let me rate after the next order

Hi Wilbur, thanks for your review. It looks like there was a two day holdup in Garden City, NY once USPS received the package. You're correct that we do have little control once the package has left our warehouses, but we DO care about each of our customers getting their packages on time. We periodically take a look into our shipping metrics, and have at one time or another shipped with pretty much every service out there. Overall, we haven't really seen a difference in the number of lost/late packages in any of the switches. The tracking is showing that your order arrived on the 15th. Please be sure to get in touch if that isn't correct and we'll get you taken care of ASAP.

With a company with "Sprinkler" in it's name, I can't find a central list of sprinkler nozzles from a to z. Please send me a map on how to get there.

Thanks for your question! We tend to categorize the large numbers of nozzles that we carry along with the heads that they fit on, since many of them are brand/model specific and grouping them all together might cause a lot of confusion as to what nozzle fits on which head. If you visit our website, you can click on the "Shop Menu" link at the left hand part of the navigation at the top of the page and choose "Lawn Sprinklers." You'll find links to both the rotary and spray nozzles that we carry. Also, if you search for a specific type of sprinkler head, the specific nozzles that fit on them will usually pop up along with the heads themselves.

For some reason I have received the wrong sprinkler twice now, hopefully we can get it right on the third try. Have not had this problem before when I have ordered from you.

I returned a 1" valve as per Denny's or somebody's instructions. I haven't heard back in some time. I'd still like a refund of that valve's cost. thanks, c. kit perlee

When I attempted to inquire about returning a sprinkler plug in transformer , all I did was receive Resistance. Returns should be an easy process, which this was not.

Hi Bruce - Thanks for your review. It's a huge learning curve for our reps, with thousands of products on the website to try to learn and be knowledgable about. I do ask them to either research the question or refer the caller to the manufacturer when they don't know an answer to a question. This did fall within our 7-10 day estimation for turnaround time, but we understand that it can be hard waiting for parts when you really need them. Nine times now we have ordered the same product. About every three months or so. Every time you only have some in stock or none at all and they end up on back order wasting an additional 7-14 days or more of our time. Please update your website to verify inventory before Selling and charging us for products you don't have. Stock the products you are selling.

It's always been our goal to have the largest offering of parts available in the industry, including hard to find items that you may not be able to find elsewhere. Only selling what we can stock would make a large percentage of these "special order" parts completely unavailable to the customers who need them. Placed my order, received confirmation promptly, with click-box to check on order. I clicked away, and for about 4-5 days absolutely nothing happened. Emailed them on 5th or 6th day, they apologized and said they'd send it right away, which they did. I didn't spend the big bucks for expedited shipping, but come on - at least do what you can to pull the item and call the shipper promptly. Had a blown head spraying water 20' in the air till the order got here, so to me it was kind of important - wish it would have been to you too.

Hi Mark, thanks for your review. I'm looking at this order and completely agree that the order was sent out later than it should have. The actual turnaround time was only three days (ordered Sunday, should have shipped Monday but didn't go out until Wednesday), but late is late regardless. I'm following up with the warehouse to make sure that we're getting orders out on schedule or notifying the customer service team regarding delays when they come up. Great selection poor customer service, failed to notify at time of order that items were backordered. In fact I rec notice of backorder when I promptly an inquiry as to status of shippement after two weeks. Customer service 0 stars.

Placed an order for some LX lights and was not informed at checkout that everything wss backordered. First package came looked as though it had been on someones shelf for years. The second package was better shape but was useless without the other half of the fixture. Received the final package last week and decided that even though i saved a few dollars, i won't be buying from your store any time in the future.

Twice I was told in emails that a backordered item would take 7-10 days. Twice I had to call Sprinkler Supply to get status. It took over 30 days for the items to be delivered. It appeared actual shipping was triggered by my second call. I requested the '10% discount on your next order' be applied to this $470 order due to delays and poor communication. I received silence. I don't get the impression 'customer service' is part of their company policy.

Hi Frank, thanks for getting in touch. We did have a lag at the end of the year due to our warehouses being closed for the holidays. We did try to notify everyone of the delay, but it sounds as though we need to do a better job of that next year. Your parts were shipped out the first day that the warehouse employees were back on 1/2. Looks like it was about 20 days from the day of order, which I agree is longer than we told you and not acceptable. The dimensions listed for the sprinkler valve box I ordered were ambiguous at best, misleading at worst, and I ended up with a box that is much smaller than I anticipated--too small for my project. Now I've got an expensive return shipping charge and only 80% refund. All told I'm out about $25 for a box that is of no use to me. In hindsight I should have just bought it local and that way would know exactly what I was buying rather than relying on a description.

I agree that it's a little confusing, as the box isn't perfectly square. The item I needed quickly was listed as in stock. I received an email the next day informing me it was back ordered. The item was not as pictured Upon further investigation, when the product I received was different than the one pictured, I discovered that the description on your website, as far as I can tell is inaccurate. On your website the LVCZNV10075-LF is listed for use on drip runs using .25 and 17.6 gpm. On netafim's website that model is listed as being appropriate for .25 and 4.4 Gpm. My drip system uses 5-7 gpm. I needed it in a pinch and the system works well so I did not peruse a return
