Well, the parts are great unfortunately follow-up is not what I expected.
When I placed my orders on a Saturday evening over the web for a Hunter Solar Sync Wireless Sensor I had forgotten to order Toro sprinkler body check valves. I placed a second order, within less than 10 minutes.
I realized that I was now on the hook for two shipping charges so I called and left a message with the order numbers asking for them to combine them and also sent an email. The only reply was an email telling me how much they appreciated my business. I received the two orders at the same time but was still disappointed in their follow-up.
To my dismay, when I went to install the Hunter Solar Sync Wireless Sensor on the following Saturday I realized it was not the one I needed. I need the ET/Rain/Freeze sensor and I ordered the Rain/Freeze sensor, my error. I called again and left a message with all of the pertinent information, I'm on the west coast, asking if I could return the sensor I have to exchange for the right sensor but all I got back was a request to fill out a review. BTW, I also sent an email requesting the same information.
They have a pretty good return policy but to avoid a 20% restocking fee I could get a credit. Before I commit to a credit I need to know if they have the right part to apply the credit to the replacement. I can't find the part on their website but if they can order it I would be inclined to return the wrong part and wait for the right part.
If you know what you want and they have it I can recommend them to everyone. If you need customer support think twice.
