This is my first time dealing with this company. I purchased a sprinkler part the other day and received it quickly. Unfortunately, it was the wrong size. I contacted the company to see about returning it for the correct size. I was questioned about my ability to order the correct size and was referred to my order. I am not sure if this is standard business practice to question the customer or if I am just interpreting the responses incorrectly. Therefore I am including the chat responses for others to decided. "I purchased a sprinkler part the other day but it is the wrong size. I would like to return it for the correct size. Order number: 198904-1 9:24 AM Hi, thanks for getting in touch. Hi Daniel - apologies if I offended. Tone can be tricky to figure out when you're on chat. I try to be charming, but it doesn't always come across that way. At least that's what my wife tells me. I understand your certainty that you ordered the 3/4" - our system is showing the 1" on your order. It seems like the most likely conclusion was that the incorrect selection was made from the drop down menu when your order was placed. It was a small order and your first, so I credited you back for the order so that you could place a new order for the part that you needed without requiring a return of the other part. My last comment was just a reminder to double check the drop down before placing the new order, as it's a common mistake. I went back and looked a while ago just to assure that your new order was correct, which it was, so you should be all set! First order came in as expected Second order i ordered 5 irrigation T pipe repair kits (with branch extending) and only received 4. I sent an email and a pic of the pvc T pipes in the box but no response

I needed to replace a broken valve cap on my existing irrigation system. The Item ID number is clearly written on the part I need to replace but the Sprinkler supply website doesn't list the part numbers on the website for this product. I ordered the replacement part based on the measurements they provide which turned out to be incorrect. I sent them a picture showing how the measurement was not accurate but their policy suggests the buyer pays 2 more shipping fees (return & replacement). The total shipping cost would have been 6 times the price of the part. I build eccommerce websites for a living. The correct way to deal with this would be to send the customer the right part, thank them for catching the error, and then update the website so it doesn't happen again. To their credit they shipped and responded quickly.

Ordered on 07/23 today is 08/02 and my order is still a state away from me according to the tracking info. So I can’t speak to the quality of the product because I have not seen it yet. The ordering and website navigation was easy to use.

It was built well but got deformed in shipping and doesnt seat well. Makes it appear that its a bit rickety , but its actually built pretty strong. Wasnt your fault as it happened in shipping. Your service was good.

shopping was pretty straight forward HOWEVER im not a sprinkler pro. The reason i went with the basic kit for the MP Rotator was because of the youtube video and i was sick of using my other water stuff. I looked at both basic and pro kit and no joke thought it was just the bluetooth piece. Once i received the basic kit i was very excited to use it to find out that it wasnt the same and i had to order the check valve and the other regulator. Honestly i was extremely annoyed because the site doesnt really explain it enough in my opinion. Thankfully there was free shipping for those otherwise id return everything. The site should have imaged of the basic vs the pro kit. p.s. your chat support isnt the greatest

We've updated it to make it more clear, and we just credited you back for that second order due to the confusion. If you sell Hunter ICV valves, why don't you sell the replacement diaphragms? On the other hand, you did sell the filters for the MP Rotator heads when Sprinkler Warehouse did not.

I generally like the Sprinkler Supply Store. This was my second time to buy from them. They have excellent pricing. But this second order didn't turn out so great. I ordered two valves, a roll of multi strand wire, wire connectors and a wire stripper. They did not have everything at one location, so they shipped from three locations. The valves came just fine, but I had to go to Ewing Irrigation to buy everything else so I could complete my repairs that Saturday. In the future, contact your customer and give them an option to make substitutions to be able to ship from one location. It would have saved me money and saved you on freight costs.

I would have given 5 stars due to the volume of information on the site, ease of ordering and clear, searchable products online catalog. However, the shipping and handling was quite unsatisfactory. Two of the three items I ordered were late and the packaging was damaged. It looked as if the carrier had to do repairs to the packaging so that items did fall apart and out. Additionally, it required me to call you to check on progress and have a conversation about re-routing from another warehouse on the east coast (I am in AZ) after items were already days late.

Order came quickly and was packed very well. Units work well, but reason for 3 stars is $150 is a lot of money when all parts are plastic. Even the stake that goes in the ground. Unless the ground is super soft have to make a hole with a bar 1st

I bought some sprinkler head check valves, but they are too big to normal sprinkler head, they can’t be used. Sorry, I am not a professional.

Hi Kinman - apologies for any confusion - the check valves that you purchased are listed as being specifically for Hunter Pro Spray heads. If you're trying to put them in a different type of head they definitely won't work. I'll follow up via email and we'll see if we can get things figured out for you so that you have the proper check valves for your system!

I find your shipping charge to be excessive - it will keep me from buying again - one paper ordinary envelope containing (4) toro male sprinkler heads with a charge of $8.50!

My item arrived broken, however I was able to use heavy duty construction adhesive to help bond the corners. The box wasn’t crunched so I doubt it was damaged while in transit.

Frustrating… their on line photo if the product they shipped out Is not the same I received .. even though they say it’s the same model I ordered. They should post updated Photos of their products! on mint
