I know that this is a USPS issue and I now always try not to use Ebay because they usually use USPS for shipping, resulting in long shipping times. This shipment with a very low weight (oz's) had a $8.99 shipping cost and therefore could use UPS service, instead it was shipped USPS and as a result took 14 days to arrive!
