Pro: good website, fast shipping, friendly vibe.
Con: Customer pays for shipping delivery and shipping to return item, then a 20% restocking fee, no printable return label, and return has to be approved. Then on top of that, consumer is asked to tip their staff, for an on-line order. Not a usual request that I have encountered. Hey, never hurts to ask, right? And subject to on-going e-mails that I did not request. Wishing I had looked at other companies a little more closely.
