“They had just what I needed to repair my system. I looked localy and on Amazon but nobody had the fittings. Sprinkler Supply had them and with the multiple warehouses I was able to get them in a couple of days.”

“Late or extremely slow to ship product out of your facility. Informing me when you print the label is not considered a shipping date. Pricing was also an issue as these parts were twice as expensive as Drip Works.com but I needed them and dripworks was out of stock... never again!”

Hi Allen - thanks for your review. Our apologies for any confusion, but those shutoff valves were likewise out of stock here. The website would have displayed "7-10 Day Delay" and a second email confirming the product was out of stock would have gone out shortly after the order confirmation. The parts arrived late in the day on 5/15, which was a Friday, were prepared to go back out that same day, and USPS picked them back up on Monday 5/18 when they came in for their pickup. Our website shows stock for each of our locations and we ship in a timely manner when the parts are in stock.

“I called with an urgent order and they were so pleasant and helpful. I even had them check their stock with the item number. Unfortunately when the order arrived it wasn't the right item number. We ended up keeping it but I was disappointed.”

Hi Robert - thanks for your review. Apologies for any confusion - the tubing was backordered at the time the order was placed. Our website would have shown a 7-10 day delay and you should have received an email from us directly after the order was placed confirming that the part was on backorder. We shipped the part as soon as it arrived from Netafim.

“Excellent customer service and web shopping experience! Web site very easy to navigate with quick response time. I found replacement test cocks for my home irrigation backflush system in a matter of minutes. I was inexperienced with system and called customer service to ensure I was ordering the correct parts. They confirmed and in a few miutes place my order. Parts were delivered in excellent condition in just a few days. This was my first order with Sprinkler Supply Store, I was very pleased with all aspects of this purchase and should I need similar parts in the future will certanly use them.”
