“I was impressed by Sprinkler Supply in procuring the 1” valve that other companies couldn’t or wouldn’t battle to find this product. I couldn’t believe it when the package was on my doorstep several days ahead of when they thought it would arrive. The pricing was good especially with the 10% discount applied for my first purchase. “$41 for a sprinkler rubber diaphragm is way too much. Better to replace the whole valve with new for $14 orbit from Home Depot.”

Hi Thomas - thanks for your review. In most cases a repaired Irritrol HR-1 is going to last significantly longer than a $14.00 Orbit valve from a box store, but everything has it's relative value and we certainly recommend that customers spend their money on what makes sense to them.

“I inherited an irrigation system from the previous owner and have never used it in the 6 years since I moved here because the water costs here are ridiculous . The Valve Box lids kept coming off when I mowed or when it rained hard so I only ordered 2 Valve Lock Box bolts from you but they were exactly what I needed.”

“I am just a homeowner, so I was trying to navigate this issue based on google searches. Originally I went to another supplier to order 4 valve diaphragms. The ones they sent were slightly smaller than the original. I came across Sprinkler Supply and noticed they have a chat. I sent them a chat message and asked if I could send them pictures of my dilemma. They replied immediately and were able to tell me the diaphragms the other company sent were for my exact brand, but newer model. I had the old model. They sent a link to exactly what I needed. Irrigation system works perfectly now. Thanks!”
