“first purchase was positive. Customer service promptly returned my phone calls of inquiry and items ordered received quickly. Last two orders absolutely terrible repeated phone calls to customer service inquiring about status of order never returned. Neither order has been received now more than seven days after the initial order will not again purchase from this supplier.”

“6 items ordered, coming from 3 different locations; 2 items didn't make it before I cancelled the order (I believe they're probably on a slow boat from China as the item description stated there was only 1 in stock.) I reached out to info@sprinklersupplystore.com but my email was not received I guess. I ordered online for convenience, especially since California gasoline is above $5 per gallon; but, this transaction turned out to not be so convenient. Hopefully, my experience is an isolated and not the normal business model of the Sprinkler Supply Store.”
