“I ordered a Lesco spray pump for my dad for Father's Day. I diacovered that I accidentally entered the incorrect mailing address when I got a shipping notification which I believe was within 24 hrs or less. I contacted the team as soon as I realized this and they immediately contacted the shipping company. They were successful in stopping the package and having the shipping address changed. The package arrived in like two days. This was just such a surprise. Excellent customer service as they were on top of it! I'm so grateful for their hard work to help get my dad's gift to the right place. Thank you!🙏”

“Prompt delivery. I received aftermarket rainbird 5000 nozzles but was expecting rainbird brand. Maybe i didn’t read carefully enough. Either way, the aftermarket supplies were poorly made and did not fit so i won’t be using them. Not worth returning so I just lost a bit of money.”

“I received an RMA for a damaged product. I had questions so first I called but you were closed so I sent an email to info@sprinklersupplystore.com on June 4th. I have not heard back. The instructions for return are very vague. I wanted to know the following: Do I have to pay for return shipping? Is original shipping cost refunded? Can I just get a replacement? Because of the non-response I cannot recommend this company”
