“The website showed the incorrect product. I waited for the product to ship and when I received it, it did not match the description. They accepted the return, but did not honor what they advertised, blaming the website for pulling incorrect product descriptions. So I then had to waste my time shipping the product back with a prepaid shipping label. I don't have time for this type of headache. Take my advice and just buy from a local supplier. It's a lot easier and headache free.”

Hi Brian - our apologies for the confusion- you are absolutely correct that one of the five pictures on our website showed the housing for the full fixture when what we were selling was the replacement LED module. We sent a prepaid label and removed the incorrect pic as that part of the confusion was definitely on our side. If you check your order confirmation, you'll see that the product description was "REPLACEMENT LED MODULE," so the product description was correct when you placed your order.
