“They sent the wrong parts with my order that I needed in the promised time frame. The corrected parts took a week and a half to arrive by the time customer service got back to me and shipped the parts with slow standard shipping.”

Hi Michael - thanks for your review! We try to fulfill our orders from the nearest warehouse that has all the parts, but in some cases we don't have one warehouse that carries everything. In those situations, we do end up splitting up orders between multiple warehouses.
