“I am just a homeowner, so I was trying to navigate this issue based on google searches. Originally I went to another supplier to order 4 valve diaphragms. The ones they sent were slightly smaller than the original. I came across Sprinkler Supply and noticed they have a chat. I sent them a chat message and asked if I could send them pictures of my dilemma. They replied immediately and were able to tell me the diaphragms the other company sent were for my exact brand, but newer model. I had the old model. They sent a link to exactly what I needed. Irrigation system works perfectly now. Thanks!”
