“Had just what I needed: A check valve for my new Hunter Pro Spray pop up sprinkler head. It was easy to intall and solved my seepage issue when the sprinkler system system shut off. Deivery was quick.”

“Your website had a browser problem. I couldn't order a five dollar part cause there was no push button to buy. Could not navigate your parts list to find the part that I needed. But here is the five star review..... The salesman /store manager Danny went above and beyond, helping me locate what the part number was that they had it in stock.And he shipped it out the same day at a courtesy of no shipping cost. Now. You may think no shipping cost .....what a big deal.... My part was a plastic no weight. CAP... a screw on cap !!!!They wanted over nine dollars to ship it when it only cost $5 dollars. And let's be frank could have put it in a bubble wrapped envelope and ship it by mail for 2 dollars and forty five cents. Thank you danny......”

Hi, thanks for your review. I think what you experienced was a temporary glitch on the website - I haven't been able to replicate the issue and have had no other complaints regarding anyone else being unable to add something to the cart. I'm glad that we were able to get this figured out for you over the phone and get your order through. The shipping on this item would have been $6.99 - please note that we offer a lot of small parts that you can't find elsewhere, and we do still have to pay staff to pick the part, pack it, print labels and provide packing materials, all of which cuts into the actual cost of shipping out a $5 part. We do our best to balance out being able to offer these small, hard to find parts at a convenience to our customers while also assuring that we're doing so without "giving away the store." “They sent the wrong parts with my order that I needed in the promised time frame. The corrected parts took a week and a half to arrive by the time customer service got back to me and shipped the parts with slow standard shipping.”

Hi Michael - thanks for your review! We try to fulfill our orders from the nearest warehouse that has all the parts, but in some cases we don't have one warehouse that carries everything. In those situations, we do end up splitting up orders between multiple warehouses.
