“Prompt delivery. I received aftermarket rainbird 5000 nozzles but was expecting rainbird brand. Maybe i didn’t read carefully enough. Either way, the aftermarket supplies were poorly made and did not fit so i won’t be using them. Not worth returning so I just lost a bit of money.”

Hi Kelly - thanks for your review. Everything we sell is OEM directly from the manufacturer. We don't stock or sell any aftermarket supplies. Feel free to send over a picture of what you received and I'll be happy to review and make sure that what you received is the correct part.

“I received an RMA for a damaged product. I had questions so first I called but you were closed so I sent an email to info@sprinklersupplystore.com on June 4th. I have not heard back. The instructions for return are very vague. I wanted to know the following: Do I have to pay for return shipping? Is original shipping cost refunded? Can I just get a replacement? Because of the non-response I cannot recommend this company”
