My order was back ordered for a month. The "hang up" wasn't Sprinkler Supply Store, it was the manufacturer. I was pleasantly surprised that SSS would answer my questions of when the order was to be filled and shipped over the month wait. They offered multiple times to refund my purchase price, but not in a big rush, I chose to hang in there with them. Now days when you get no support after the order, it was refreshing to be able to ask a question and get a quick and pleasant email reply.
