I'm done trying to get parts for my irrigation system from the usual place I buy things online. Delays, concerns about the genuineness of the parts, etc. have trumped the benefit of using my accumulated points to reduce the purchase price. I now go straight to Sprinkler SUpply Store and get the things I order reliably. Great customer support and installation help too.
