Customer service is beyond excellent. I only needed 3 pieces of something, and shipping was going to be more than the items. I ended up getting an email with a free shipping code! And then when I received the package in the mail, they had sent me a sealed bag that had 10 pieces, so now I have extras! Their communication has been timely, funny, and a welcome break from most companies' attitudes of "you are just a number". Glad I found you guys!
