Purchased a Rainbird Sensor from Springler Supply Store(SSS) and it didn't meet my expectations. I contacted SSS and the Manager of the Customer Service Dept (Denny), only ask me one question and that was, could I offer a little more detail about my dissatisfaction with the sensor. A very reasonable request, and I was glad to be of help. They were super about my refund and disposition of the sensor. Would highly recommend this business.
