All I needed was a 6" riser for my Rainbird sprinkler, which was $4.00, and shipping, that was more than the item. So I contacted your company and they offered free shipping , and I received it in a few days. That's what I call excellent customer service, I would highly recommend this company, not to mention the very entertaining email I received when I had this item in my cart, and hadn't purchased it yet, great company!
