My first ordered was a solenoid valve on Order #100551 Dated 6/21/2016 returned valve on7/18/2016 on RMA# 3808, solenoid would not function. Ordered a 1" Electric valve on Order # 102865 dated 7/7/2016 switched solenoid to in ground valve it functioned fine . the first valve was defective. called 8/31/2016 , you were unable to locate returned solenoid the women I spoke to said, she would look into it and get back to me , about my refund as of to day 11/07/2016 I have not heard one thing. POOR COMUNICATIONS
