After installation (Requiring cutting adapting and gluing of valve to piping) of the new station control valve, leak problem still existed. On disassembly of the valve, found the diaphragm defective (Mis-manufactured and not seating properly). Ordered a replacement diaphragm and installed to correct leaking.
Point is, would have to have cut the system again to try to go exchange the valve which was not really an option.
