The spinkler supply store had hard to find spinkler heads. They sent the right spay pattern, but with the wrong interface. When I called the store, a person picked up on the first try and , I didn't have to say any more the wrong parts arrived. They expedited the correct order to me at no cost and said no need to return the first set. (Was a nice experience. I've gotten too used to prepping myself for long holds, voicemail routing to nowhere, reps that don't have authority to do anything and so must pass to up to 2nd level or different department. This one resolved quick). Hard to find parts and responsive customer service earns my five stars. Thank you!!
